I agree with Markdadof2, I enjoying the "free xiena" I was greatful to recieve from him and Doz. I have bought many small frags and look daily for changes.But still watch them the most. Not to mention all the time they spent giving helpful information. Very large expensive corals are for those with LOADS of money. Life is about enjoying what you have and watching it grow.

I know I am new to the board. I am not all that great with computers( thats what my kid is for). I had a BIG learning curve with learning both the board & SW. That being said I relied on rep points. Then came a thread about "same IP's" ! Then I saw "I give rep points" needless to say I don't think posts should count. Many are just funny reply's with no info given. JMO Just my two cents.

I started slow. I to have nothing to trade because nothing has grown enough to frag. I do how ever watch the "for sale thread" be prepared to be fast if you see some thing!and stop into the local shops looking for inxpensive but pretty frags. Most have tanks that start as low as $5-$10.

I have used regular salt and hot water mix on glass, you can even make a paste out of it.... On GLASS

O.k. both my be a possibiliy I replaced lights recently. They have been closed before and after light replacement, I wonder how long they will last if no eating. Only two heads.

My Duncans have been closed for 2weeks. Tonight I watched as 1 secreted some string brown stuff. Do they use thier mouth for both? They haven't been eating because they've been closed.

Well I did every thing possible to make my hammer happy. Decided to put it in low light and almost no flow. Both heads have opened. They are small and looks like totally new growth! Don't know what caused it and NO idea what helped it. But sure happy it's back

I put them on a rock and then put loose screen over it for about a week. That was my one and only working attachment.

I would be interested. I have no luck with getting things to attach. Do you have or could you cut some rock with 5-8?
