Im leaning towards A percula. Based on spine count. If you notice the dorsal is not fully extended, but there no way that 3 or 4 spines are still laying down. Here are excerpts from FiseBase. A percula Short description Dorsal spines (total): 9 - 10; Dorsal soft rays (total): 14 - 17; Anal spines: 2; Anal soft rays: 11 - 13. Overall orange with three black-bordered vertical white bands.
