Tough call. Hind site can be told by all. With the additional stress the fish went thought and then re acclimating was just too much total stress. You did accept the fish with no agreement. Yes it would have been nice of the seller to give all the money back, but again you saw all the stress the animal went through first hand. I would have passed. I'm not just saying it. I have in the past. The fish did recover in it's native tank but it too 2 weeks as the stress was just to much. I feel that splitting it is a good thing. Your both out unfortunatly but at least it is even. I do not see fault on the seller.

It is not a joking matter Dr and bob said it good. I don't even take a nap without it. Have a batterie and inverter for camping. I had every body come in to show them what I looked like with the mask so they all could have a good laugh at the same time. I simply told them at "this thing keeps me alive at night" There is nothing romantic about it either. Just look in the mirror!!DOH! A 75 is really not big at all. I have an all glass one that I use as my sump. Very simple. Do you have 4 or 6 feet of width? Get as big as you can for the space.
