I use the workhorse ballast (I THINK it was the #7) It will push 2 bulbs per ballast.
Over my 72" long tank 24" deep I ran 60" 80w t-5 (8 of them) I could have clams on the sandbed and SPS thrived from top to bottom
Geismen mix 2 actinics 3 blue+, 3 11k? If I remember correctly.
If you cant get new Inverts corals or fish that let you get your fix try the aquascaping, if that don't work then new tank it is.
I have done all of the above, new fish are a good start new tank always works!
Nobody is interested in the calcium reactor? If not I will be heading back up to Salem in the very near future to pick it back up and sell locally. Let me know in the next day or two.
I have a fish I would gladly pay someone $20 to "get rid of" in my tank without bulldozing multiple corals. Unfortunately if as as much as sneeze with a hand in that tank things go flying.
My copper did fine for about a year, then the clams where getting attacked, never had issues with naso, would eat out of my hand after being in the tank a very short time, also only grew from 5" to maybe 6" in a year so size wise you should be ok.
Naso tang is one of my favs, had one a long time and was a great character, trigger is a bit risky, you won't get crabs or snails, copperband will probably be a clam nipper when it gets a little bigger, but nice fish regardless.
