How she was doing it was making people email her that wanted them. So that kinda weeded a few out. Later Ryan
-
Not really they were just printed out on paper and folded and put in a permanent tag. It wasnt that bad. Later Ryan

Yeah before Angie left she was working on that. Ill try to pm her and see if she still has the materials and stuff or where she got them from. I think thats a great idea. What she was doing was having people send her a pic and she would put there name on it. Later Ryan

What pendants do people use? I havent decided whether to go DE or SE. Im leaning towards SE. Im just looking for a pendant to use in a lightrack setup like this one. Thanks in advance. Later Ryan

I found these pictures a while back and cant find the thread now. Heres a pic of the side of the light rack Heres a pic of the back of the light rack. It is a really cool design. All you have to do is swing the light out of the way when doing tank maintence. Also it is adjustable. Its a rather simple design too. Im suprise not more people use something like this. If anyone finds a thread post it , please. I think im gonna show these to my buddy and maybe have one made soon. Tell me what you guys think. Later Ryan

Beautiful pics Rich! Are you still using the Prodibo products? Later Ryan

Thanks for the offer Rich! My buddy owns a glass shop here in town and for "adult beverages" he said he would do it for me. Ill let him screw it up. I should as him to start making tanks, LOL. Now I just gotta get a good layout for holes. Im deciding whether its worth drilling a closed loop. Im still thinking about the coast to coast. Need to find someone whos done it. Later Ryan

Yeah thats a sweet idea Rich. I went ahead and got it. Couldnt pass it up. Im gonna do some more research on drilling and overflows till I set it up. Heres a pic. Later Ryan
-
My thing is that since i cant drill the bottom (tempered) does anyone have any ideas for drilling for a overflow? I would be cool to put a mini-overflow box inside so I could surface skim. I need to do some research. Ill give you a call Joel. Later Ryan

Thanks Sean! Its just a killer deal and im looking at $200-$300 for a 2' cube. I can get this one for a 1/4 of the price. Ill sleep on it tonight. Did you ever get ahold of Oceanic? Later Ryan
-
So I can get a Perfecto tank that is 37 gallons. Kinda like the Oceanic. Its 20"Wx18" front to backx24"tall. I can get it for dirt cheap. Alot cheaper than everything else. So is it a garbage tank? Are they any good? Just wondering. Later Ryan

Whatcha want for the blue ricordea Bob? Later Ryan

Go look at RC's banner its the same all year. They are the biggest site around. The only change they make is that at halloween they add a pumpkin, christmas they add a santa hat etc.......I really dont care myself. The main deal is that over the last 1 1/2 years we have had technically 3 or 4 different web sites and have lost a lot of people in the mix because of it. First everyone was on our sub-forum on TRT "PNWMAS". Then there was the original PNWMAS.ORG site. That was destroyed after less than a year. Then when "PNWMAS.ORG" was created TRT created a members only for out "PNWMAS" forum. Now we have the new "PNWMAS.ORG" site. And even that has went through a facelift within the last two months because of administration and officer changes. So as you can see we have had a lot of change within the last 1 1/2 years. I think both sides have valid points. Lets just have some website stability, LOL . Later Ryan
-
I think we are okay on the amount of forums and sub forums that we have Later Ryan
-
I agree with the "stability" factor. I didnt think of that earlier. Yeah it definately makes it look better when people come on to the site and the banner is unchanged. It makes them feel at "home", a comfortable place that they recognize. Thats what we need and want. Later Ryan

Sounds cool but not interested Jansen. So you didnt set that tank up? Later Ryan

As some of you may know I am wanting to setup a 2' cube. Well since I will be setting that up (as soon as I find a tank) I will be tearing down my 75G All Glass Reef Ready tank. I also will be selling my 4' Tek Light 6x54W setup (1 extra bulb included) since it will be too big for my 2' obviously. I just want to see if anyone would be interested in wither one of these items. The 75 is a All glass 48"x18"x21" Reef Ready tank which has been setup for about 1 year. It is predrilled with 1" drain and 3/4" return holes. Or you could use both for drains. Its been a great tank I just have a 2' space that is begging for a cube. Also included would be a stand that I built that is solid. As for the Teklight I had issues with the first one that was sent to me but this new one has worked flawlessly. It is a 4' Black 6 bulb unit. Each T5 is HO and is 54w for a total of 324W. It comes with 4 Actinic +,2 Aquablue bulbs and a extra 6500K GE bulb if you like a little more yellow looks. Most everything else I have will go into the cube so thats about it for now. Here are some pics. Heres the light Here is the tank Here is the stand

Who uses Firefox browser? I just downloaded it and I love it. Much nicer than IE. I like the google search thing, cause thats what I use. Its just a lot easier to use. The "open in tabs" thing is pretty cool if you only have a select few pages. Seems to not crash as often as my IE did. Anyway I was just wondering because I never have used anything else besides IE and if you havent tried it at least download it and give it a shot. Later Ryan

Good idea Joel! Yeah that would be cool. Get Andy on it, LOL. Later Ryan
