  1. Airport is about 25min for me
  2. When are you headed to the airport next? What I really need are 2 pcs that are 24"x 1.25-1.5" for my overflow. I want two so I can swap em for cleaning.
  3. Green/blue BTA? Please do share photos!
  4. Headed to CB's, cuttlefish and OIAB today. Anyone want me to see it?
  5. Ya it's for teeth for an overflow so it's going to take a lot of water flow. Don't want it painted. I'll check with Garrett.
  6. Only need 24"x 2-4" or so. Prefer new/super clean.
  7. I'll be down town Portland tonight if anyone wanted to meet and check it out.
  8. Take the rock out of the water and "hang" the anemone with the tips in the water.
  9. Why won't it work? Even without a sump it will be fine. In fact it's a great combination of slow response (not triggering from small waves) and shallow depth change per trigger.
  10. Sorry too much interest to fudge the price. I sold my other one too cheap and regretted it.
  11. You can't really tell but one of the spokes on the front of the wet side is broken. I could probably super glue it or you could just simply buy a new screen. Or just ignore it I don't even know how long it's been broken. If needed I'm happy to help provide one.
  12. It's all relative, but you're welcome to come listen if you like, I have one of each operating at the moment. My sump, skimmer, etc etc is all in the garage so it's all super silent in the house. With a sump and skimmer etc it's probably not detectable. But I'll have 3 now so I'm extra cautious. I am also in the business so upgrading is far less expensive.
  13. I already sold the other one, to be honest I am upgrading them to the quiet drive version. I am getting a whole new tank since mine is leaking and ditching my closed loop, so I bought a 3rd vortech but moving all to quiet drive.
  14. Is do it tonight but it's still running on the tank. I'll get it all cleaned up and ready to go.
  15. Hydor smart level sold. IM Hydrofill still available, it's like a souped up Tom Aqualifter. Uses a diaphragm too so it can run dry.
  16. I like the cheaper Eheim too. The big fancy one feeds too much even on the lowest setting, I have one for sale if you wanted it because it feeds too much even for my 150gal. IMO skip the frozen and just feed pellets, they will be fine. I feed about 99% pellets and even my PBT does great on them. If you're in Vancouver I am happy to be on call of you have issues while away and need a seasoned person to help. (Been a professional aquarist for 10 years).
