  1. The banner updates automatically when the user goes through the subscription app. I only need to update family members if they are also users on a family subscription.

  9. When I sent the bulk email, it said that any member that had bulk emails from admins disabled would not receive the email. Out of 191 emails, it sent to 182. Jay

  11. I have added a function for "Family Members" to be added. If you purchase a Family Membership, please PM me and I will add a subscription for your family member. This can only be done by an administrator. Unfortunately it is a limitation of the software, but this thing is working pretty slick right now. Jay

  14. I am sending a bulk email to invite all current PNWMAS Paid Members to rejoin. It is taking a little while. As soon as it complete sending, I will revert the memberships and open the subscription manager. Jay
  15. One more thing to note. There is no easy way to link a family member subscription purchase. I am going to work on streamlining this, but for now I will need anyone that purchases a family membership to PM me the forum names of their family members so I can upgrade them. Jay
  16. How many do you have. I will keep the non-member PM's to a limit of 50 until the end of the month. I don't think it will delete them. I think it will ask you to delete some and not let you receive any until you are under the limit. Jay
  17. Darryl, I believe Kevin will ok the release of the new subscription manager in the next day or two. I finally got it to work. It's pretty slick. It keeps track of all subscriptions, automatically changes the user groups to paid members and sends out reminders when renewals are due. Jay

  22. I'm still here. Never left, probably never will. Always willing to help. I feel for the long term fix, we will need to migrate to IP Board. As a club that is constantly changing, we need a server and service that is rooted and managed. If we are to stay with VPS latch (hostdime), I'm not your guy. You will need someone with Micah's experience to keep the server and security up to date.
  23. i got the pm But it is still trying to load the phantom pm. You can see where it says "2 conversations" but only has one listed. This happened after I deleted nearly 2000 pm from when I was an admin in 2012. Jay
