islandVib3s
Check it out. I got this tank free. Common front panel separation. I resealed it, reinforced the cabinet with just 1/4 panel. Industrial sealant(was advised that all the pros use it) modified cabinet to fit a 40b later if I want. Abs BB 1/8th sheet on bottom. This will be my other dirty lps softy tank. Just a skimmer and monitoring stuff. All tank transfers, been running 5 days now? I'm pretty happy with it.

Jeff.Tichenor
Well done! How did you reseal it? Did you have to remove the front glass? Did you install glass bracing along the inside bottom of the front glass? Just curious what's involved.

Removed front panel and all old sealant, instead of bracing because the floating front panel I upgraded sealant and reinforced the cabinet(no longer floating)

Not hoping to place any! I picked up a tank that experienced a leak in its past, and I was thinking about removing the silicone from the failed section, and was hoping you wouldn’t mind sharing the product you used
