I feel like while many of their videos are helpful not all of them are evidenced base. As they have grown there is not that personal touch with customer service and have more of a corporate feel so I started to use marine depot more. Many of their videos have been useful but some have an infomercial feel to them. I did like their salt comparisons which is why I went with tropic marine as it mixes well but I also get a sense that tropic marine bare big time sponsors of them.
