kriz2fer
That light looks so nice you don't even need a hood. Yeah lol I'm not gonna use the canopy.
J-Dog
Very nice choice....but that is gonna be a lot of light for just a 80 gallon tank (naughty)
kriz2fer
Actually I think the tank is like 87g. It's only 20 inches wide and the fixture is 17.5 so yeah it will be a ton but that's how I like my system. I like to blast the tank with light. J-dog how high are you hanging yours? J-Dog
Mine is about 6 inches from the tank, but I'm limited on room, so I can't go much higher

Derbird
What kind of reactor is that? It has an interesting design.
kriz2fer
It's a zeovit reactor. It is made specifically for the zeovit system.
Derbird
Wow 20 minutes of reading about these and my head hurts DOH! Too much info and each artical contradicts another (nutty) I'll read up more on these later but it might be a good alternative to a pellet reator. Some thing I have actually been considering. Thank you for telling me about this

kriz2fer
My weak attempt at taking a top down pic...lol If your have any tips feel me in
Mandinga
For top down shots you need an acrylic viewing box...a simple four sided acrylic box with no top works great...as soon as you break the surface of the water things get real clear. Tank is looking real good.

ShaunMonahan
Looks awesome. Clear plastic (empty) berry containers work quite well too.
