I was out of the hobby for quite a while so I could get my masters degree and since I graduate in the fall, I'm getting back into it. I never took down my tank, but I didn't give it the attention that it needed and it basically became a fish only tank for a while after a whoopin that I took from hair algae. Anyways, I have a 6 gal nano for the wife and mine is a 75g built 6 feet long by 18 deep for corals. I use 150w metal halides with pheonix 14k de bulbs and actinics (no idea if I spelled that right). I'm having a blast getting back into corals. Zoas, shrooms, colt corals, galaxia, and colt corals are in my stock so far. My tank has been setup for 5 years so it's well aged even though it's not well stocked with corals yet. I look forward to learning more and sharing the fun with you all. Thanks for the welcome!
