I'd be skeptical.  Just because I'm not sure those are actually picture of what you have. There are so many variants and grades of corals(they wont always color up the same). Ive always just had a list and they ask for the pictures. So its more of a wysiwyg

It's a common issue with these lights.ive drilled out the burnt parts and just used them without the lens while waiting for replacements in shipping.

High end zoas are typically sold per polp/head. Mid/low end are generally per frag. But I see your point.

Live phyto dosing is probably better but can cost alot if you don't make your own.

Vodka works but it'll feed all the bacteria and the cyano may return but worse. A refugium with good macro will be better for long term. It would probably be cheaper and better to just do the water changes till the numbers are closer to the norm ranges. But that's also if you want to chase numbers, corals adapt. It is less cleaning with lower phosphates.
