  6. I might be throwing a few corals in the hole{sump/fuge}, so if I do I want it to be able hold its color. If the Par38 can do that then I am all over that option.
  7. I am looking for a light fixture for my sump/fuge its a 40Breeder. I would like some leds. Please let me know what you have because I am open to most anything, pendent or whatever. . Thank you.
  8. Them taking time could go either way, could be a train wreck and the only reason they are even thinking about releasing it is because the investors are getting wrestles or they are truly just wrapping up the loose ends. The only thing I know for sure is its one or the other. I hope its the latter. We shall see once Kevin gets one.
  9. How about free burgers and a free coral of our choice to the first 200 pnwmas members? Just playing around, good to see your open but would never be offended if you chose to be closed.
  10. One thing I wonder about is the "up to" statement. I am wondering if are are going to be able to pick which parameters we want to monitor.
  11. Thank you all for the inspiration. I am not 100% there but much closer than I was.
  12. Those faint pumes get me time every
  13. Another member had one that need charged not long ago. Should be able to go back in the ads if mr Bret can't hook you up.
  14. Light stands or hangers or however you've done a DIY style lights hanger. I was in need of a stand for my tank but it needed to be just so. I looked for a couple weeks, even going to all the good wills and such. Finally figured out if I want it done to my dimensions I best do it myself. So this time I am not going to look around for weeks. I will just find the right material and cut and weld it myself if needed. I am hanging a larger unit. I just measured it and it's 37" long by 9" tall by 12" deep. Well large for my 40 gallon tank. The ballest will be out of the way so that's not a problem as the cords are 10' long. I am thinking for the base some heavy stainless steel then as it starts coming into view some form of aluminum that looks good. The part that seems the hardest is making it easy to adjust. Anyway any and all pictures are welcome as you never know what might inspire me. I would of never thought I could of built as nice of a stand ad it did but I was inspired by my wife telling me that I was not allowed to put anything ugly in the front room. So I was unable to find one to purchase and wallah inspiration. Thanks you guys.
  15. Since its a double fixture would there be an advantage to using one of each?
  16. Does the 20k grow as well as the lower ones? I assume the T12 will make up for whatever the 20K's are lacking. Thank you for your help on this.
  17. I have full lengths of both sizes up from 1/4" . Let me know if anyone is in need.
  18. Seen this coral on cherry corals and I really like it. If someone had a line on a decent chunk please let me know.
  19. I hear the pay is great. i am sure your going to have a great run.
  20. These questions are about which Bulbs some of you might use. I decided I am going to use a light fixture I already have. It's 38" long and 10" wide. It has two single ended 175 watt halide bulb fixtures plus two 36" T12 VHO's . I posted here earlier that they were 250 W sure glad I didn't order the bulbs at that point. My tank is 35" x 18" x 18". The old bulbs I pulled out of the fixture were als sunburst tru 12K. So I just am not sure which ones I should use, the 12k 14k 20k . The T12 VHO should be easier but if any of you have any input I am all ears.
  21. I in no way would argue with any ones success. I will say some of these guys are so fishy they could have eye popping tanks using mortons table salt.
  22. Red Sea Coral Pro for me. From what I was told it is the only 100% pulled from the ocean salt? That's kind of why I went with it. I was also thinking that since I have 65-70 gallons total water that if I do a 10% once every two weeks I wont need to add as much other products. That's my pipe dream anyways. Ultimate goal is finding my tanks sweet spot without changes but then dosing will become mandatory I am guessing. Oh a bucket from Travis was $79
