    FOWLR setup question(s)

    I have an entire setup I was going to put together as a fowlr, stand needs to be sanded and painted and you would need some power heads but it’s a 105 gallon rimless dsa tank, emerald ruby 36 sump, ATB skimmer, brand new red pvc plumbing with ball valves, unions, bulkheads etc. I spent almost 200 on plumbing alone. 2 black box LEDs, light hanger that bolts to the back of the stand, heater, etc. I’d sell the entire setup for 1000

    FYI Randall.  Those are not live sand!! Just dry aragonite

    Yea I figured with it being that cheap it was dry. I’m just going to use a couple pieces of live rock from a tank and a few scoops of live sand from a tank to help seed mine. I’m also using siporax and the crap that comes with it to boost the bacteria process!

    FOWLR eh?  At least you won’t have to drive yourself crazy chasing nitrates [emoji106]

    Yes sir. I still have a pretty big skimmer and will keep up on the water, I’m just not interested in pulling what little hair I have out every time a coral dies [emoji38] I also want to do another lion fish and a humu.

    Getting stuff piled up for my 105 gallon m. I’m going mainly fowlr and I’m down to the last few things I need to get it going. Here’s a list of the few things I’m looking for

     

    New bags of sand, the medium sized stuff not the fine sand that blows all over the tank [emoji38]

     

    Some of the purple real reef rock

     

    This ones a long shot but a stick of 1 inch pvc in red [emoji2]

     

    A UV sterilizer

     

    I may add to the list :) I’m in Oregon city so the closer the better but for good deals I’ll travel

    Figured I’d check here before I make another brs order. I need them to be the gray color like brs has so it’ll match the rest of my setup

    2 1 inch unions

    4 3/4 unions

    2 ball valves 1 inch. If they have the unions on the end that’s even better

    2 1 inch bulkheads

    2 3/4 bulkheads. Thanks!

    Aquatic life rodi with attachment- looks to be in great shape and should have plenty of life left 30 bucks

     

    Filter socks FREE

     

    Coralife 4 bulb 24 inch T5, all bulbs work, 2 different light switches, it has lunar leds but I don’t have the power supply for them and doubt those work. NO LEGS 40 bucks

     

    I’m still going through a bin of stuff that came with a tank setup I bought today I will add things if I find more I don’t want to keep. I’m in Oregon city and work in wilsonville so can meet either place.     Hi this is Mr.Brets daughter, I took over his computer while he's in the other room. If you look in the replies to this original post you will see I have uploaded pictures of the snake. He is a standard color. He has not been sexed, I have always just called him a boy but it is actually unknown. I feed him frozen thawed small adult rats.

    Thanks for the response! I will talk to my wife tonight and keep you guys posted. Beautiful snake!
