  2. Added a new pair of clowns and a jumbo cleaner shrimp (behind the rock of course) I was originally planning on a pair of storm troopers but these caught my eye and were under half the price of the storms. So with my daughter and my obsession with storm troopers she named them storm and trooper lol. She names all the fish and picks most of them for each of my tanks :)8604b725f6f42528b6f5471b28cf67ac.jpg

  3. I had a fuzzy angler fish the size of a billiards ball for about a year. They can eat prey their own body size apparently. I’d gotten a green wolf eel in the same tank for about a month or two. All seemed fine the first month or two until one morning I’d woken up and found my wolf eel missing and my angler had doubled in size. The angler was so big it was leaning sideways and looked about to burst. I never weighed them, but would have theorized the eel to have been the same size even a fraction larger.
Most of the fish in the aquarium ate frozen food. The angler fish can be a bit tricky. I needed to progress from live food,  to skewering a silverside and making it move about the aquarium in a swimming motion to entice the angler to eat. If it didn’t move, he wouldn’t eat it.

    Holy smokes that’s wild!!

  4. I have friends who live in canby and love it, you can hit a lot of back roads to avoid traffic also you have most of the stores you would need in town. I’m not sure on schools but I live in Oregon city myself and I’d assume canby schools are about the same until maybe high school level?

  6. I should be home a little later in the day on Saturday.  I'll have a better idea of when I'll be home a little later tomorrow.

I’m free today as well if you’re available anytime after about 1130!

  7. Spent some time tonight dealing with the tangled nightmare of wires that my equipment had become.  Also got the sump cleaned up a bit.  Not as sleek as Randall's but its coming along

I had to turn my skimmer around.  The outflow was creating ripples over the baffle and making a tinkling noise lol

    Looks good!

  8. I’m one of the lucky ones too I guess! My wife was pissed when I tore my lagoon down and has been the one that pushes me to get another tank. She even keeps asking for me to get a bigger one than my reefer 170! She likes to pick fish and could pretty much care less about coral as where I’m the opposite. I’d have one fish and a tank full of coral if it were my choice [emoji38]
