IMO kenya tree isn't worth selling. I couldn't even give it away when it started going nuts in my tank.

I love my cleaner shrimp. Has never been a problem for me. He just hangs out in front and occasionally takes a ride on a tangs back around the tank. Pretty cool watching him clean fish. Once he even offered to clean my nails

I have never seen any 300+ gallon tanks in his shop (besides show tank, or unless you combining all the frag tanks into one size). Last time i was in there, few weeks ago, a few tanks where off due to some infection, one rack on the right was empty, and one tank was full of aiptasia (one was huge! almost wanted it to see how big i could get it lol), and the others where having some major bacteria problems. His bench near the tanks had crap strung everywhere, used soda cups, and crap all over it. Looked like my garage rather than a store lol. Its a shame he doesn't run the same tank setup when it was running at Liquid Sunshine. At least those had a sump for some better filtration. His saltwater tanks where a little cloudy because of all the particles floating around. Maybe you happen to stop by on a good day. But last 4 trips have left me disappointed.

Go and voice your concerns. Maybe he hears from enough people he will clean some stuff up and realize dirty tanks is bad for business. Frankly he needs to hear the truth from more people. I don't know if he is burnt out or what. If he cleaned up and had stock I would have spent hundreds there not to long ago. Another store in town is Pet Time (not great) and Aquaserene (clean tanks but spendy). To bad some hobbiest doesn't open a nice store down here. The quality on most rips sucks ***. If you have a high quality stereo as I do you can tell your listening to an mp3. Ipods still suck. I have better things to do than find pirated music and make a playlist and deal with itunes hogging most system resources. Sent from my Ally using Tapatalk

Don't wate your time. Tanks are dirty, lights off on half the tanks, most are empty. My tank has more stock than he does. If your into freshwater... that's where the shop shines. The new owner has made it clear he only keeps the saltwater stuff around to keep the word around. I really miss Liquid Sunshine :( Sent from my Ally using Tapatalk

I dose using "Fuel" twice a week. I may look into elos pro skimmer and the amino acid stuff... ill do anything to make things grow faster and be happier

Pretty cool idea for a heater controller. If you figure it out Eugenereef i might have to come over and check it out so i can build one. I don't like how my tank temp swings nearly 3 degrees between day/night.

Depends on who you talk to i guess. IMO, in low numbers they are. Since they eat left over food. But in high numbers they can kill/sting other items in the tank. Smaller the better. Any big ones i would kill.

To bad its to far to drive or i would have taken it. I can always use more shrooms for the nano

I was sold a dual 14k MH setup but I'm pretty sure one is only 10k. I'm also thinking of just fitting in a T5 actinic for a quick fix.
