  1. Idaho Grape, up for grabs. All I ask is that the winner picks it up in the next week or so. I will draw the winner (by post number) Thursday evening. Thanks for playing! Edit: Hows about I draw 2 numbers. First place gets first pick. Heres the other goody up for grabs. light buleish purple with lighter blue, almost white speckles and yellow frilly skirted zoanthids. I'm sure they have a name. If not, they are called Robot Lemonaide. And if someone (anyone) wants some of these, bring a rock for me to glue them to. I will scrape as many off as i can for ya
  2. United grocery may also stock them. They have a lot of that kind of stuff.
  3. Off to a good start! I like the floors in the room, the tank will look really nice against the nice dark colors of the room.
  4. Agreed, Upscales always has a nice selection of ricordea, wether its florida or yuma. Every time I see their display tank I (drooler)
  5. I think they are on sale at marinedepot right now.

  9. welocme Tom. I, like others, use photobucket for hosting pics and then use the code to post them. Its real easy, just click the little picture icon right above the reply text field and paste the web address of the pic. Again, welcome aboard!
  10. Sounds like I will probably go with a sun power. I do like things to look nice but the extra $200 for a nice design is the deciding factor on that one. Now I just need to decide if I really want to upgrade to a 6 bulb...
  11. ok, looks like the ati is a better product using better components. Beth or Kim, what would you say the big difference is between the sun power and powermodule fixtures?
  12. I have been having fairly good luck with my sps and lps for the last few months, I started taking better care of my tank and got some better filtration. I may upgrade to a 6 bulb though, still havent quite decided yet. Price will have the biggest impact on that. Heres some links to the specific lights I am looking at. Powermodule Tek
  13. Yes I will be sticking with t5's and I'm not too sure on increasing my bulbs, don't really think its necessary.
  14. Ok so the time has come to get a new light fixture (clap). I currently have a 4 bulb tek light, its great but could be better. I have been looking into the ATI Powermodule and the TEK Elite fixtures. At a glance they are pretty much the same thing, fancy european reflectors, fans, nice sleek design, and they both include a splash guard, and both have multiple power cords for independant controll of sets of bulbs making neato dawn/dusk features possible. The only real difference that I have noticed is that one is made 50 miles from here and the other comes from across the globe, and the $150 price difference. So a little advice and insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
  15. Alex, if you told me that taking a leak in my tank would help coral growth I'd probably run over and start relieving myself into the sump. What other foods do you feed your corals? If you're allowed to discuss it that is.

  19. We should just rent a bus and do a field trip lol.
  20. That's a real shame, Jackson Creek is phenominal. Hopefully you found something better than taco bell
  21. Did you stop at any of my lunch recommendations?
  22. Pm sent to johnny. Coralcrazy you are next in line
  23. The power cord runs on the inside of the tank, and it would be great for a 55
