I got 26 open polyps with color, they are all pissed because they got dropped and manhandled. I will take another pic when they open up if prefered. I think that the way these were fragged had a lot to do with how fast they were growing, a lot of people lost their polyps really soon in the game. I think that the frags that were made mostly of one solid chunk of polyps vs a bunch of loose polyps glued together had a big impact on growth rate. I'm not trying to put down the fragger, Reefit, I love your frags. Just something that i thought about. maybe im just trying to come up with excuses as to why i didnt win lol.

Hanging lights for the win, I totally agree how much of a hassle a full canopy is. They look nice but are a p.i.t.a. The tank looks freakin rad!

I was going to go with an almost identical bulb combo but instead of the blue plus in the 4th spot i was going to put a true actinic, looks like I will be rolling with the blue plus though. So swapping the true actinic for another blue plus would put out better par and do esentially the same thing?

Ok, I am ordering my 6 bulb sunpower fixture today and now have a question about bulb combo's. I know this has been explained to extreme lengths befor and I have done some research. I just wanted to get an opinion on what I have decided on. I was thinking Front of tank ATI Blue Plus ATI Aquablue Special ATI True Actinic ATI Purple Plus ATI Aquablue Special ATI Blue Plus Back of tank I have been debating on wether I should swap out one of the Aquablue Specials with another Blue Plus. A lot of the stuff that I have read says that the Blue Plus has a nice blue hue to it ans throws out a lot of light at the same time. But I kinda like the nice crisp look of the Aquablue Special. Anyone else with a similar fixture have any input?
