Thomas is nothing compared to the Wiggles

I bought the 30" version of the first one you posted a few weeks ago. Last friday I noticed one bulb was dead. I traced it to a bad ballast. It was passed the 14 days but he said send it back and he will fix it.

Those are not eggs they are larvae. Its kinda hard to see in the video though, they look like tiny upside down shrimps.
