How hard is it to use? How long does it take to figure out the refractometer to get a reading? Is it worth getting the hydrometer and just testing it with a refract every so often. Last question: Ok I have a reef keeper lite that I currently have a module for PH and salinity. It would cost @ 60 for the salinity probe around the cost of the refractometer should I do that instead?

Sea swirl I do. I have a 3/4" hooked up. I think the 1/2" can handle up to 600GPH. Look on their website sea-swirl.com They make different types of hookups for corner mounts or acylic. You can come over and see it if you like. What size return do you have? You can buy the plumbing to attach that to most size pumps as long as its under 600 GPH

I have a 1/2" sea swirl for $75. Also anyone want to trade a 1" sea swirl for a 3/4" sea swirl. Lastly I know someone wanting to sell a 1" sea swirl for $125 Let me know if there is an interest.

no problems Its by other rocks but hasn't jumped ship. No problems but no room in the tank.

Update My eye still has something on it. The chemical grips on like it grips on to the aptasia. Also I have a lazy peppermint shrimp. He hasn't done anything.

I have a rock about 5" x 2" with probably over a 100 of these on it. No room in my tank. It has a nice flow to it. $15

Just traded this fish into Westside Aqarium. It was part of the package I got from someone who was breaking down their tank. She said he was fairly aggressive towards small fish so I didn't keep him. But he was awesome looking and I wanted to keep him. I recommend someone go pick him up. Tell Tim I sent you. Mike

So today I brought out the aptasia control to kill a couple that I have in my tank. So it has a clump of whatever the stuff is inside my bottle. I shake it up and then draw it into my syringe. I have a fine point to help control placement. So I am testing it in my sink when I hit a block and I try to push it out. It ends up that the thing bursts and hit me in the eye. I think the clump got stuck under my upper eyelid but it has been burning for about 8 hours now. Just about 2 hours ago I think I got the clump out but feels like their is a little residual in there now. Lets just say it sucks and I feel the aiptasias pain.
