  1. I forgot to say DONT PUT YOUR HEAD OVER THE SPARK PLUG HOLE TO LOOK A THE SPARK you might see a small compression flash or flame from the unburn gas that could burn your hair or eye brows eye lashes well you get the point.
  2. I saw a pic of your tank. its one of the best I have seen. truly a work of art
  3. turn the fuel off, pull the spark plug out, hook the spark plug to the spark plug wire lay spark plug on engine by spark plug hole pull starter rope. see if spark plue has spark and listen for snap from spark. if you have spark then reinstall spark plug and try to start engine with gas still turn off. try around 5 times then turn gas back on and try again. also tap the side of carb. with handle of screwdriver, float may be stuck. if this does not work bring it by and we can get it started and or test and find out if there is a problem that needs to be address. retired owner of columbia river marine corp. chuck 503-631-2523 or send me a pm if you still need help.

  5. looking for corals First I like to thank everyone. You guys are turning my 180 gal. desert back in to life. Out of the over 100+ different corals that I had. I lost all but 4 kinds. It has been ask what do I want. What am I looking for. Well when you have nothing your not picky. and to tell you the truth I cant think of a coral that I dont like. My 180 tank has about 200 lbs of live rock. my lights are 2x400 20k, 2x18in sho, and 2x48in T5's and has good water flow. I had set this tank up as a reef tank for corals only but my wife had to have some fish to. You know fish are nice but CORALS ARE GREAT. And yes I still am looking for more. THANK YOU. Chuck

I am not looking for a hand out. I am able to pay for them I just need to get them at a very good price. also I have items for trade. skimmer for 2000-5000 gal tank some used pumps power heads ect. I will dig these out and take pics and list them in the WTT later today or tomorrow. thank you. Chuck ps. ITS GOOD TO BE BACK HERE

  12. THIS WORK FOR ME IN MY MAIN TANK I HAVE 2 RETURN PORTS. THEY ARE ABOUT 4 INCHS BELOW THE WATER LEVEL AND THE ENDS OF THE PORTS ARE ABOUT 7 INCHS BELOW THE WATER LEVEL. I HAVE DRILLED A 1/8 HOLE AT THE UPPER END OF THE PORTS SO WHEN THE WATER LEVEL DROPS DOWN TO 4 INCHS IT SUCKS THE AIR IN AND LOSSES ITS PRIM AND STOPS THE WATER FLOW. I ALSO DRILL THE HOLES AT THE UNDER SIDE SO THE FLOWS TRAVELS THROUGH THE BACK OF MY TANK. WHEN THE PUMP IS RUNNING.
  13. THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD FISHING HOLES ON THE COL. THERE IS ONE ABOUT 5 MILES ABOVE TROUTDALE IT IS OVER BY THE OREGON SIDE.. THERE IS A PULL OF AERA ON 84 JUST ABOUT 21 MILE MARKER YOU FISH ABOUT 50 YARDS OFF THAT POINT... YOU CAN ALSO FISH OF CATAPLLER ISLAND THIS IS 5 MILES BELOW THE I-5 BRIDGE ON THE WA. SIDE BOTH OF THESE ARE GREAT FISHING HOLES... BUT DONT TELL ANY- BODY. GOOD LUCK

  18. about 3 months some of the corals and rock were in my 55 witch is now my sump
  19. Just thought I would show you a picture of my tank. It is not much yet. But I hope the 75 Coral grow out and it looks better than it does now. I made the aquarium stand myself out of knotty pine and took a torch to burn the grain and highlight it. Than I gloss coated the whole thing. I installed two 400 Watt K20 Hm lights and two 48 inch T5's blue and two VHO's 18 inch. The tank has a 55 gallon sump. I run two external pumps, one for return and one for loop system with 4 nozzles. I also run two 1200 gph wavemakers. I know the pictures are not that good yet... but I hope in six months it ends up looking a lot better. I wish the thank the following people. Joel, Patrick, Issac, Woody, and all the great people I have met out there so far. And my kids for helping me get this set up.
