  1. I received a BRS order yesterday :(
  2. There is always some risk Gillian. I would try something else first, but keep it as an option.
  3. Just consider that worms don't like Interceptor, or Praziquantel. If you dose interceptor as you would do for red bugs, you would see most of the worms that are usually hidden. They wont die, but you can catch them easier
  4. You can't do group buy with one of our sponsors. Only with non sponsors! lol
  5. It's what Roy calls "the poor man macro". I want to get one too. My 60mm is not enough to close out pics. Nice pics!
  6. Sticazzi!* * Italian expression meaning: wow, that's a nice one.
  7. You are correct: the server was sucking too much gigabites Thanks to all of you for your patience: we went through a server migration and software update in a few months and there were some issues
  8. The max execution time and memory of php scripts. I think the server could work faster than now. I still see it slowing down sometimes.
  9. Well, I think the php execution time was part of the issue. But we can probably make it run even better. I know that both Marc and Jay are working on some issues. Let's see how it goes. Please keep reporting speed tests and impressions. How about double posts?
  10. I still see something moving. Then there are some on the glass, visible with a magnifier. I'm trying to find some pics of the stages to identify where I'm at. I lost all but 2 of the broodstock. I still have eggs, not a lot at this time. I really hope something will show up soon. I talked with a guy and he told me he saw the nudis the morning he was gonna tore down the tank, so there is hope. If not, I will try again. I will say to wait a couple of weeks from now and then go for another order.
  11. I had some time today and I did a couple of changes. Please let me know how it is working. I need to know if the double post is happening again and how (quick reply or normal reply) and if it is still slow or unresponsive. Thanks
  12. I don't think so, but you could grab some and let them soak in RO water. Test for PO4 after a couple of hours and see if they released some. As for food I don't see any problem there
  13. Yes I can do that. I have a few 72hrs heat packs that I never used
  14. I didn't get the possibility to chat with some of you. My little boy decided it was time to go :( I hope to see you at the next meeting. As for Frank fishes, I saw him feeding them Cheetos once
  15. Yep, Frank's tank is looking GREAT. Both in terms of color and growth. But my question is: what food do you use for your fishes?????
  16. Thank you Frank! It was a nice meeting. I was able to hide so I didn't get the IOAB t-shirt lol
  17. Hey, this is Cyano month! After Valentines, every year. You don't have to complain! Now the serious post... What suggested until now is the way to go. I would add that if you don't like the idea of using red slime remover, you can just add some kalk. It usually helps. But first find out where your system is leaking po4. Testing for it with tests kits is not gonna help you. To be sure about your level of p04 you should test with a good low range colorimeter. Assume you have some level of po4, because your cyano (which are always present in your tank) is growing more than you want. What food do you use?
  18. Are you gonna be at the meeting?
  19. Beth: joe the coral reefit: pink mille, tenuis, rainbow, 2 joe the coral (when I say I have 2 I mean I have 4 lol) reefsafari: free backup milli (are you gonna be at the meeting?) beckie: rainbow smann: rainbow.
