Just curious if I am just overly anal or suffer from a case of "Richard Craniumism" If you found out a seller Photoshops their stuff they sell, "boosts" up the contrast or just alters the photo-(nono), how would that make you feel once you found out he/she did that-(flame) Granted you don't have to buy from them anymore, but what of all the people that don't know, and if they did, would not buy from that seller. Curious

I think Isaac is "AFK", I emailed him looking for a specific chalice last week and no reply-I figured he would reply being it would have been a 300.00 dollar sale-(laugh) I vote for the "oversaturated" photo as well. I honestly wish people who doctor their photos would have a major tank crash and lose everything they own-:eek: How's that for Karma Glad I held back on that one- If these get found and MissDeffiance would want to "go in a frag" PM me, or anyone for that matter, I am sure they are spendy-

I was not even talking about noise-(laugh) Odd thing is Marine Depot's reviews are all 5 stars but a few. I have spoke to many who have used them, carried them (as a LFS) and its the same concensus I still have the Remora HOB I use on a frag tank-It sucks-(laugh) but I bought it because of all the positive reviews-dumb mistake

+1 on that skimmer (SWC MSX160) and its not one I own, my footprint is not big enough. Contrary to what you may hear AquaC skimmers are junk-been there done that experianced it-junk did I say that?? I own this ran with a mag 9 pump-great skimmer-IMO http://www.marinetechnical.com/page10.html

I had to send my chiller back as it quite working, I was using a MJ1200 which pushed the water less than what was required-they still covered it under the warranty but if the manufacturer recommends "x" for using a product they produce I have to assume they know what is best. I'ld start by drilling the bottom of the tank with 2 holes, one for the return and one for the down pipe, and then build yourself a hidden.......................... Oh you already drilled-never mind-LOL Just had to do- Roy has good advise

I bought Durso stand pipes when I plumbed my last tank-I never heard it draining EVER. Sold the tank

I've used Marine Lands but not anymore as it is white. D&D makes a pretty good one But two little fishies aqua stik is best-IMO, plus it is red I had to move some rock work I had epoxied, I tried to seperate it where I had joined w/ the epoxy, well the epoxy did not give way the rock broke in a fresh place not where it had been joined- Beat that. People can skimp but I dont care for a piece of LR tumbling and cracking my glass or breaking a SP colony of Oregon Tort-LOL Good luck

My chiller is a 1/10hp and requires a 265-500gph flow through it. I have the pump that runs that in my sump. With all my pumps and lights etc. my chiller is running off and on all day and even at night when the lights are off my tank never dips low enough for my heater to even kick on., which is how its set, heater kicks on below 76, chiller kicks on above 78. My Chiller is set at 79 so my tank never gets above 78, average is 77.7. Look at chllers, you will see what tank size they are rated for and they will also say what GPH they will require. I am pushing 400GPH through mine, have not heard of the "slow as possible" I suppose it all depends on the chiller

Not so much the lineage as that helps, its just that most chalices I see that show any lineage/well known name are some of the nicest brightest coolest chalices I have seen. I guess I am looking for those with sick colors and that typically sell for a crazy amount per eye-at those dollars I need "popage"-(laugh) Here is a great thread-TEC represents well there-nice stuff I have seen some very nice aspera chalices, any chance yours looks like this; Or do you have a pic, send a PM
