1. Pics..... Got some pics will have on later tonight!!! Not the best but they show you the point for sure. I am going to work on crop and zoom with them....... But no colors will be adjusted:D....
2. gorgonian I know me either and I have tried for years as I LOVE them! Every square inch of this thing is packed fill of polyps, all the way down to the base. No damage anywhere even from shipping! not a single spot! I couldn't believe it!!!!
3. As with most people on here I prefer to buy locally whenever I can to support our local economy. But I was really trying to find a specific type of shrimp and gorgonian and they are impossible to find locally. I never find a healthy gorgonian at any of our LFS, they always have bare branches or skeletons showing on the tips or big spots in the middle. When doing a search for some wholesale suppliers of livestock a while ago I came across this company in the Florida Keys. http://www.ccritters.com/index.html Well I finally ordered from them a couple weeks ago and thought I would share some information. The livestock I got was amazing. We all frequent the LFS looking for that perfect hard to find coral, I was looking for colors we don't get around here...... Here is a list of what I ordered from them: 2 purple ricordia 1 deep blue ricordia 1 green St. Mushroom 1 blue St. Mushroom 1 purple frilly gorgonian 1 red ball sponge Shipping 2 days was only $16! The quality of livestock I received was unbelievable. I have never seen a gorgonian this beautiful or THICK and nearly 8" tall for only $12! And the red ball sponge is nearly 6" across and 5" tall its huge and heavy! I will get some pictures and post them as soon as I can. Also with the ricordia the blue one I ordered had 5 mouths on it! The only problem I had with the order was that what I was sold as purple ricordia really looked green and orange in my tank. I don't think this is because of my lighting and they were more than happy to fix this problem in any way I wanted. They also offered to include extra with my next order to help make up for this problem. I know sometimes color can vary under different lighting, as I know that is not the problem in this case they have been extremely generous in fixing my order. Something many companies will not even consider. They care about the livestock and that is their first priority! Everything was packaged very nicely and securely! I am going to be ordering from them again on friday or saturday this week if anyone wants to throw in on the order, let me know asap. They have great cleaners too. The only downside is if there is something not available they will not ship the order until it is complete, but this is mainly just for fish or some of the rare shrimps. So it could be a few week before you get the order..... They have some really nice/rare Angels..... I will try to post some pics tomorrow after work if I can round up a camera. The pictures on their site do not do them justice!
4. I know those! RWSRA- Rare white speckled rock anemone I saw those the other day on the discovery channel! They said they are becoming more and more rare as deforestation takes its tole on the population. Apparently there were some fossils of this species found on Mars! Amazing little creatures they are! To bad we can't all own some! (naner)
5. Tank Tank and extras are pending Sale saturday morning........ And to clarify there is no stand with the tank. I am keeping that.
6. Tank Tank dimensions are (outside diameter) per marineland 48" x 18" x 21" Nyles: Everyone is entitled to their opinion. If they do not want to spend $200 dollars to get a really nice tank for cheap fine. I do not care if the remarks stay or go. Some people need to get a life and quite posting comments for other peoples sales when they have no intentions of buying! Make your comments in a PM if you feel you need to not in the forum. Buyers should look around before buying a tank and they would know they would get a deal........... Its hard enough I have to downsize to a d@#* bio cube but to get pennies for everything I bought not all that long ago is not right. Other than a few small spots of coraline on the overflow I haven't scraped off yet, the tank looks brand new and really is! I would be willing to consider a partial trade for coral maybe. Not really looking for any SPS but some LPS or softies....... Let me know what you have.........
7. Tank Ok well let petco sell their tanks for $100 Mine is not an AGA tank, its a marineland and is has a built in overflow with the plumbing and nice black silicone seems. Petco does not carry these tanks I can assure you of that! Not only that but to point this out I have bought from petco when they have their tank sales and they stop at the 55 gallon. I do not really care if they sell their 75 gal tanks for $75. I am also including the LS, 29 gallon sump, lockline for flow control (and I have lots of extra), 150 watt heater, small pump for the sump, 2 100 micron filter socks, 20lbs Rock rubble in the sump and the genx6000 internal return pump which is barely 4 months old! If you do not like the price of what I am selling stuff for then do not buy it but believe me $200 is a good deal! Call Patrick at saltwater fantaseas and ask him how much a 75 gallon tank is. I got a deal last year when I bought it because I found it a little cheaper than his normal price somewhere else and he matched prices at $350! Amanda
8. Bump $200 for everything (Tank, Sump, Return Pump)? I need this gone! Its a really nice tank! pump works great on tank at its lowest setting but could even be bumped up for more flow!
9. tank Yes it is acrylic maybe JBJ?
10. TANK SOLD! I have a 75 gallon glass tank with built in over flow it has really nice black seams I bought the tank from saltwater fanta seas last summer for $350 Set it up in octoberish. Due to mold issues, which me and my kids are allergic to I have to take down the tank. Though the mold is not from my tank. I am running a huge dehumidifier and pulling over 2.5 gallons of water out of the air every other day and I put less than 1 gallon of top off in all my tanks. So where is the other moisture coming from? My apt managers did not want me to have the aquarium anyway so they are blaming it. Not to mention my grueling work schedule, I just do not have time anymore! I just need to get this taken down and out of my house. I will sell just the tank alone for $200 or for $50 more you can have the 29 gallon sump and the return pump with it! $250 total for tank, sump and pump (no stand) This is going until the weekend then I take it down and through it in my grandparents back yard! I can text pictures so just ask! But please only if you are serious about it........... I have been getting tons of texts all day and my fingers hurt from responding to them all! 503-679-5183 Thanks Amanda
11. I traded some corals for this tank a while back but after setting it up and cycling it I decided I do not want to keep it. Tank: 10/12 gallon bio cube (can't remember which) Includes: heater return pump sponge filters (new, just put in before setting up tank) Stock top with Power Compact lights (new bulbs put in 5 days ago, still have boxes and receipt) Livestock: about 40 lbs Live rock from my old 75 gallon. 10 lbs base rocks Cleaner crew of hermits and snails couple frags of zoos and some mushrooms I would like to sell it for $140 which is an amazing deal! rock alone was way more than that! Please come take it away!!!!! 503-679-5183 PM me ur # and I can text pictures, I do not have digi camera right now.
12. Finger leather - $5 to $15. Have several of differnet sizes. I will take a $15 size. I can pick it up tonight about 6-630 pm or wait till this weekend. whatever works for you. Thanks, Amanda 503-679-5183

14. DO YOU THINK MY PRICES ARE TO HIGH OR ???? NOBODY IS INTERESTED IN THIS TANK? I HAVE TO GET THIS TANK DOWN AND CLEANED UP THIS WEEKEND AND OUT OF MY APARTMENT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MAKE OFFERS, BUT PLEASE BE KIND.......I PAID $350 FOR THE TANK ALONE LAST SUMMER! **** Here is what I have to get rid of left....****** 75 gallon glass tank built in corner over flow (tank was bought last summer and has been running since sept.) I pd. $350! very nice tank bought from saltwater FantaSeas! Pine stand for it 29 gallon sump/fuge (custom DIY but works great) Gen-X internal return pump Which is full of macro and grows out of control 80 lbs Live sand in a shallow 1-1/2" deep sandbed I WILL THOROUGHLY VACUME THE SAND AND CLEAN THE TANK BEFORE IT LEAVES, THOUGH ITS PRETTY CLEAN RIGHT NOW! IT WILL BE LIKE SETTING UP A NEW TANK! Would like to get $400 OBO for the tank setup/no livestock(except the sand), No lights....... Would sell whole setup with dual 400 MH sunlight supply ballast and 2 fixtures, $600 OBO Lighting dual 400 watt MH with single ended fixtures (not retro) and sunlight supply ballast. Ballast alone is worth almost that much! ALL LIVESTOCK IS SOLD! Also Have external return pump for sale. PD bout $125 for it at waves last summer. was only used few months before I setup new tank and did an internal pump so I didn't have to drill new sump. Thank You, Amanda 503-679-5183 give me a call if you are in the tigard area and you are welcome to stop by. I live up on hill by Arbor Heights apts.
15. tanks in apts. If you have renters insurance you can get coverage depending on who you go through. I have state farm and I have $75,000 worth of coverage which includes aquarium damage. The last 2 apts I lived in told me I was not allowed to have a tank over 20 gallons so I showed proof of my renters insurance and they allowed me to move in with no pet deposits for them. My renter insurance equals out to $15/month but it lowers my car insurance another $3/month to have it so for the cost of 3 starbuck's coffees I have coverage in case of anything and no pet deposits. I definatly recommend renters insurance to anyone renting especially with a tank for those OH NO momments! and I recommend state farm who I have had for 4 years and will never switch! Just my 2cents........
16. CLAMMY PICKUP Ya around 2 should be just fine....... Give me a call first though just to be 100% sure nothing came. But that's nap time anyway! for the kids!(whistle)

19. CLAMY when do you think you will be there to pick the little bugger up? My tank is not going to be happy because I just removed all the rock and all the bacteria that goes with it. I can move it to my nano if its going to be a while or if you can come up this weekend I will leave him be until then. I just did a water change a few days ago so it should be ok for a while. I am removing all the fish I think on saturday afternoon if nobody is interested in them. Also have for sale I forgot a Ritteri anemone $75.00 ---A little history on this guy. Everyone says Ritteri are the most sensative. I cannot kill the D#@* thing. Not that I have purposely tried or anything(nono) For a long time he was mover constantly moving in the tank. I would have to move corals or him every other day! He was HUGE the size of a dinner plate. Well eventually he found the powerheads twice!DOH! Then I had my reef in a temporary 55 while setting up new 75 and he found the HOB filter twice!DOH! It has been chewed up and spit out 4 times. at one point lost all its tentacles! Now it is happy healthy and has tons of tentacles, you cannot even tell he got chewed up! He is not fully open right now because I have pissed him off with the tank tear down but he really is a very nice looking anemone! And I would say indestructable. He should have been dead 4 times! But will not get the hint(whistle) Amanda

22. seahorses Have you ever kept seahorses??? You are sort of right from what sounds like a book written 20-30 years ago. Seahorse keeping has changed a LOT over the last 20 years. Seahorses really are not finicky eaters, they eat what they are used to eating. If you buy wild seahorses you are going to have feed live food since this is what they are used to. Tank bred seahorses will eat, or at leased the kuda and erectus I had and was breeding would eat anything I put in the tank. This is another reason why tank bred is always best. You should always check into the place or person you are buying them from before purchasing them. Ask to see them eat, if they refuse then pass on them. I could feed mine thawed frozen brine, mysis, cyclopees, rods food, prime reef, formula 1 and 2, etc.... I tried to feed them a wide variety and they would eat anything i fed them. They even figured out by the second time doing it, that I could throw a frozen cube of mysis in the tank and they could pick food off of it. Pretty funny to see a seahorse with a cube of mysis on the end of his nose. 1 of the males used to grab the cube and go to the other side of the tank, like he was hording it. It is true they are slow eaters which is 1 of the biggest reasons for seahorse only tanks. They can starve very quickly if not given the proper amount of food often enough. and since they grab onto anything with their tails they will commonly get stung by corals we do not even know sting. Sps are another no no because they like them quite well for hitching posts and will irritate and ultimately kill the sps or get severely stung by it at the very leased. softies are usually ok in most cases though the seahorses can irritate them as well. I had some mushrooms and sinularia and kenya trees in with mine, They would use for hitching to. Macro algaes are the easiest with seahorses though, this way there is never a chance of any accidents and they can hitch where ever they want to.... Just my opinion from my experiences.

24. UV and Ich Yes Uvs work aginst Ich in its free swimming form. Ich is actually a parasite that goes through stages of development like every other living thin. Once they hatch from the cycts (white spots you see on fish) they are fee swimming. This is how they are passed from fish to fish. I believe if I remember right the life cycle is like 3 weeks. Running a UV on your tank kills everything that passes through it including free swimming ich. I think it was something like runn a UV for 3 months on the infected tank to ensure complete clearing of the outbreak. depending on water temperature the cysts could take up to 2 months to hatch in colder water..... Don't quote this but I am pretty sure I am very close. Its been a long time since I had to deal with Ich. I prefer the cleaner shrimp method:D. I did used to run a UV sterilized on my tank and every once in a while I get a wild hair and through it on for a couple of weeks. I do notice a small difference in algae growth if I am running it.
25. Clown Trigger If you never found one my friend Bob at Sunset tropicals has a mated pair of em and also a very unique and cool looking show size one for sale cheap. He is a sponsor, check his stickys to see his phone number and give him a call.
