Sean is going to send some pics of his reds. I want to thank him for that. As far as color, I dont have a problem with different shades but when someone makes a claim like ( YOU WOULN'T BELIEVE THE OUTRAGOUS EYE POPPING COLOR ON THESE ZOA'S) there's only disapointment from there.

looking for as many types as are local and easy for me to get. There are alot of the really nice reds on the online stores but as everybody knows you don't always get what you see. I trust the fraggers in the club that when they say the color is red it will be a red zoa ( not orangish or ect).

Has anyone ever had a black and a orange become a pair and if so what would(did) the color of the offspring turn out to be.

I want to get a black and white false Percula(Ocellaris) clown. I am looking for one that has no orange on the face. I thought that was the Australia version . http://www.wetwebmedia.com/clownfis.htm However Marine Depot has the aust. black clowns on sale. http://www.marinedepotlive.com/blandwhoccla.html But in there discription it says that they will have a orange face when mature. Please set me strait on what variety I am wanting. If anyone knows of One or a pair for sale, either at a lfs or private person I would love to hear from you. thanks

I have LFS that uses them and they seem to work really well .

I had my partner help me clean the tank(AKA the sad wife) last night.She realized that she had put lotion on her arm's before cleaning but not till we were almost done. .(don't get me started) No problem do a water change, I had just bought a bunch of pre-mixed saltwater. I checked the salinity of the new water but oops it was only at 1.07( not busting the stores butt, we all make mistakes). I had already used all my extra salt and all the stores were closed. So this morning I had a dead flame angel and wrasse, a few snails. I did a %90 water change and am running carbon how much more water should I change and how often. Skimmer is still going crazy still. Any help would be a help.

Sold, When I had mine big It really did sting other corals. Had to be carfull were the water flow was directed and how far away it was from other corals.
