MBEEF1, give me a call if you don't mind about your experience you had at my shop. I talked with Brian(the kid) who was here that day and received a little different story. Also on the pricing situatiuon. I do not write the prices on the tanks because i think it takes away from the appearance of the animals you are looking at to buy. I will not go off on a tangent about your reference to me trying to read you to price it, but i will tell you that it offends me. My livestock is priced lower than any of the other local shops including the portland area. And last but not least. As a shop owner you can not always be at the store 24 hours a day. We are open 7 days a week for what i would consider, longer hours than most of the other stores. Sometimes you have to leave to get things done from time to time. And even if your help is not 100% up to speed on everything, sometimes you have no choice but to leave them on their own. That is why when there is a question on pricing or identification, they call the owner to find out the correct info. So i can understand if Brian didn't know the prices on some of the things you might have been asking about, but select your wording a little better when you talk about an experience at someone's store meaning (the help didn't know what anything is or any prices). You guys seem to forget that just by misswording something like that can be damaging to someone's business whether it's intentional or not.
