  1. That would be great, if it's not too much trouble!

I have a 20H tank around somewhere in the shed. Would that be big enough for a demonstration? :)

From the little video on their website, it looks like the water could potentially go over the edge, when the tank is actually filled to a normal level.

  2. I understand-I was just getting you ready so it would not be a shock-:D . IMO I think having them on oppisite sides really is the way to go-unless its a nano MP10

You don't happen to have a vid of your tank, to see the pumps in action, do you?

What size is your tank, and do you have two mp20s or 40s?

Edited to add: Forget that question: the answer is in your sig! *g*

  3. I tried setting this up, but it leaks at the top rim (needs re-gluing, I believe) and at at a couple of connections (unions).

Comes with a generic recirc pump.

Needs some of those quick connections for the air hoses.

This could be a great reactor, if you have the time and knowledge to deal with the leak and need something for a large tank!

Would trade for a nice frag or two.

  4. My husband's old computer is slower than molasses, but a new one is not in the picture.

I was hoping to hunt down a couple of used 512mb or better yet 1x1gb or 2x1gb sticks of ram for him, in exchange for corals

Lots of sps to choose from, a few nice zoas, leathers, candy cane, rics etc.

The RAM needs to fit the following specifics:

Memory Type: DDR 184 pin DIMM

    Memory Speed: PC3200

    Chipset: Intel 848P

    Memory Type: Non-ECC Non-Registered,

Dual Channel Memory Support: Not Supported

    Tri-Channel Memory Support: Not Supported

  5. So, my chalice and acan have both grown to the point where they are almost touching, and today they are drawing the lines and have started some warfare!

The chalice is definitely winning at this point.

Both corals are encrusting a large rock!

Unfortunately, I didn't think the chalice, especially, would grow this fast, and the rock is hard to remove to get to those two corals.

Any ideas how to frag the chalice, without taking the rock out?

Anyone have a scalpel or something?

Any surgeons among the Eugenians who want to try their hand for a frag of a beautiful, healthy chalice? :D

  6. I used to not be able to keep them, but now that my tank is more mature, most everything I put into it seems to do fine.

Maybe let things settle in for a while and then try one again?

  7. I plan to pick up a frag from him sometime soon' date=' and plan to be at the meeting.[/quote']

Oh, fantastic! Could you bring along the meteor shower frag I bought from him, please? And hand it on to one of the Eugene people? Maybe Algae, who is planning on going?

    Thanks!
