Hey guys. I need to mount my skimmer external from my sump, due to height issues with my tank stand. I'm going to place it in a rubbermaid container. It will be about 10" from the sump and elevated above the water level of the sump. Any input would be welcome,good or bad. If I have a flood I'm so dead(I'll be sleeping with the fishes......Badda bing...in the garage). Thanks Dave
