Did you cure the rock in ro/di water? If not, it will take a while for the crap to leech out of your rock.

Miles, I never thought of running it into the skimmer, I'm going to try that too.

Raising the tube to drip in the sump helps any excess C02 evaporate.

raise the hose so it is above the water line. I don't know why it affects ph but it worked for me.

Rich, does the water from the calcium reactor return drain under the water level in your sump? If so raise it above the water line and that may help too.

You can do it the same as you would a fish I think, put it in some water and then put it in the freezer.

I saw Neil Young there several years ago, it kicked butt. I have also seen Pearl Jam and a few Ozzfests there too. I really like Flea's bass style, but the sound of the new cd is the same as most of their other records.
