pdxmonkeyboy
OK, here is one you have NEVER had. A while back I was getting so many high alk alerts that I blocked the number from apex on my cell and took off cell alerts. Now when I try to add cell alerts fusion says "this recipient can't be used as messages have bounced".  Restarted, updated. nothing. 😞

SuncrestReef
Cell phone carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon) were frequently blacklisting Neptune's SMS servers which led to tons of tech support tickets. They eventually gave up on battling the SMS providers so that feature was removed. The preferred method is to use Push notifications through the Fusion app on your phone or tablet. Be sure to go into your phone's settings and allow notifications from the Fusion app.
WeBeReefin
I’m sure this is an easy one but wth. I have 4 apex systems.  Two of them I can’t get into the blue logo to connect. Things I have tried: 1-the short 6,8 or 15 second reset 2-the long version I have done over 2 mins 3-I have tried to connect via the manual serial number process.  #2 did work to get my very first unit working and it did momentarily let me connect one of the 2 problematic units but minutes later it lost connection.  I don’t have a pc at home so getting on the local may be harder. I do have a MacBook not sure if that makes it harder?  I was told I need to send them in for service, not sure if this is true or more avenues to try before I do so? Thank you

I got a notification on June 9th of 2023. I am running on a apex classic though. I am pretty sure I could recrate it too.

BeardUp
I thought so but I see it came from fusion@neptunesystems.com as a text message.
BeardUp
After thinking about it, I might have set up my email notifications as a text message since I dont check my emails nearly as often as text messages. That would explain the sender.
pdxmonkeyboy
I downloaded the app and I am using push notifications now. FWIW, android (the superior phone) automatically sets up push notifications. Apple needs to set them up manually. thanks for help!
