Blue Z Reef
I have the generic 165w versions (same thing). I have 4 over my 210 and have been pretty happy with them overall. You can see my build thread for pics of my tank. Older pics had 120w RS LEDs.
TheClark
I am in the same boat as BlueZ, love em. 4 over the 240, 1 over the frag tank, 1 over my son's tank. I did do some custom spectrum tweaking but that is strictly optional the default spectrums on many are decent. My son's tank has the built in spectrum and I like it also. TheClark
2-3 should do the trick. 3 might be nice to prevent shadowing on the sides, but two should have the punch for most stuff.
talkalot82
So my lights are great. The mushrooms and star polyps and hammer head and frog spawns love it at lowest setting 15 inches over tank. However my anemone and my scans and polyps seem to be closing up and hiding. .. hope they get use to it soon. Been about 5 days now. ..
