reefbandit
I've found true union ball valves at lowe's. At least the lowes in fisherslanding area in vancouver had them.
JManrow
Sorry it's not local, but possibly more affordable, and definately good quality. Well known and has been round for years. Anything cheaper is probably garbage. U.S. Plastics. http://www.usplastic.com/search/?q=true+union+ball+valve&view=g&refinements=~price%3a10.000000..19.990000
Bicyclebill
Lowes has true union ball valves, but they are not the nice ones that are actually able to be turned on and off easily.

wanareef
I've only seen the single true union ball valve at Lowes - works great - using 3 of them
