Algae
Caps look really good in your display! Mature caps add so much to the mature look of a tank!

impur
I think you need a larger frag rack!!! Looks great! Wish i had room for a frag tank like that. Love the montis!
lancecobb1
Yeah, that frag rack is pretty full. I am thinking about just taking the rack out and putting everything on the sand and just moving the light closer to the tank. I just dont know if the chalices and acan would like more light? impur
Looks like the edges of the tank get a bit less light, you could just move them to the sides.
lancecobb1
Yeah, I only have a couple now... but you know how that goes!
Emerald525
Thanks for sharing! I love seeing mature colonies because I never know what anything looks like in the wild because everything I have is still in cut up small little pieces. Very impressive.(drooler). I strive to someday have such fully matured pieces.
lancecobb1
Most of my corals started off as small pieces.(cant afford to buy colonies) Ill see if I can dig up some pics when I first started.
lancecobb1
Nevermind I couldnt find any full tank shots from when I first started but here is one from 3-12-09 you can see the orange cap and the idaho grap is about a 1inch frag in the middle on far the right. Some decent growth with t5s!
Emerald525
impressive. It's nice to see before and after shots. So in a years time I should notice a difference. That's good to know!

reefnjunkie
Nice set up-I would be dangerous if I could have a dedicated frag tank-LMAO I started a 20 gallon that has 4-24 T5's, HOB skimmer and then decided-not going down that road (again)-(nono) I wish I could have kept my caps- I agree about how mature caps add to tank
Queen Angel
I like how you have the rock curving around the sides of the tank, making it looklike a little cove. Beautiful tank.
