Nate213
looking good like the new wrasse' date=' when your in town stop on by[/quote'] Will do. I got two more wrasses yesterday and put them into QT. They are super nice as well. McCoskers and Koi Fairy wrasse (Cirrhilabrus adornatus). Moovinfast took my 3 Chromis, so I made some extra room in the DT.

Nate213
Here are some updated photos from today. I lost my avatar (Midas Blenny). Not sure what happened, but it is no longer in the tank. Couldnt find any evidence of carpet surfing or predation, pretty weird. Fat and happy one day, gone the next. Im pretty bummed out as it was my favorite fish. Will definately have to get a replacement.
kilmca
Tank is looking great. The first Midas Blenny I had jumped out and then I covered the tank so the second one wasn't able to jump. They are great fish and have great personalities.

The first Midas Blenny I had jumped out and then I covered the tank so the second one wasn't able to jump. They are great fish and have great personalities. Thanks. I agree, the Midas are fun to watch. They seem to be more interested in what is going on outside the tank, than in the tank.
Nate213
That is allot of growth! What do you feed your tank? do you use RO/DI water? Your tank looks awesome!! Yep I have been using RO/DI water for over a year now. I make my own food with fresh seafood, Selcon and Nori. Blend it up and freeze it. Seems to make everything quite happy. Nate213
Its been a while since I updated this thread, so here are some more 1-year progression shots taken on 3-3-2009 and yesterday 3-6-2010: FTS: Milli progression: Birdsnest: Torch:
Nate213
Here are some more photos and a couple of new fish additions. (Please try to ignore the flatworms and calupera - I obviously do.) We are down to just a few fish. Lost the Midas, Zebra goby and Kole tang over the last six months and we traded away the clownfish pair. Im looking for some replacements, but as of now our current stocklist is: Flame hawk Fairy Wrasse Flasher Wrasse Jawfish

Nate213
Wow' date=' great looking tank![/quote'] Thanks. Its getting close to where I want it. If only I could get rid of the dang calupera. Im thinking an upgrade to a 300 deep dimension might get rid of it. (laugh)
moovinfast
If it works, make sure you tell my wife, a larger tank solves all problems......
Nate213
I'm trying to convince my wife the same thing. I spilled about 1/3 gallon of water on the carpet last night and told her that when I get the big tank, we could tile around it. She said " You think you're pretty funny, huh?" DOH! undrtkr_00
The good thing about a new tank is that you will take all your rock out. I had caulerpa everywhere in my display. When I moved houses, I took the time to pick all the macro out of the rocks (very carefully) and haven't had a problem with it since then. Nate213
I guess it has been quite a while since I have visited this site, or updated my thread. Very busy lately -- We got a new future fish nerd addition to our family. Here is a quick update shot of the neglected tank and the not-so neglected new frag.
