TheClark
Hey all, I dusted off the SWC-200 and put it back into action. Somehow in the garage, the skimmer cup plug fell out and I cannot seem to find it. Has anyone out there ever came up with an alternative plug? I tried an earplug wrapped in a sandwich bag, but the ear plug was just a tad too small. Also tried attaching flexible tubing, then folding/tie wrap. That was not quite water tight either. Have you ever had this happen to you? Anything around the house or something from home depot come to mind? Thanks!

badxgillen
You could just add a small amount of flex line tubing, that has one end plugged with silicone, to the outlet of the skimmer drain.

danlu_gt
If you're not going to take if off often, use flexible tube and saran warp. Should be leak proof.

TheClark
Hey JR, that is very generous of you as always man. I think Kenny had a spare also, he is popping it in the mail (very much appreciated!). In the mean time, if there are home depot or common household solutions it is an interesting topic since I bet there are a few of us out there that have had this happen. Saltwater newbie
If you have a hot glue gun you could use a q-tip put a little lube in and around it and put some hot glue in and around the outside let it dry clean off the lube and it should seal it like a plug it worked on my old skimmer.
