Standard 55g with iron stand

Due to size my apartment has given me 30 days notice to take down my 55g and 75 reefs and only permitted me to keep ~30g tanks the lease says 20g but with water displacement from rock and sand I can make some things slide. These reefs are full of corals so I’d like to find an AIO set up to downsize too.
