re-acclimating 2 the hobby

Well I give up for tonight on getting pictures up. Will try again. 2KB is a real drag. Anyone have ways to resize easily, let me know.

Having some issues with pictures being too large. I love this tank it was great to get me back into it.

Well I can't find my original tank thread to update it. Been a while since I've been on here. Setup: Nuvo Fusion 20gal ATI Sunpower 6bulb (4 blue, 1 coral plus, 1 purple plus) 2 spin streams MJ1200 pump InTank media baskets MP10 tunze nano ATO Matrix, Phosguard, Purigen and Chemipure blue in media baskets. Also growing chaeto in a chamber like a weed. Tanks been running since November I believe. I have older pics but i'll save everyone from the blandness. I have a 40gal breeder sitting in my living room with a synergy 16in overflow kit getting drilled this weekend. 2 black clowns 1 yellow tang (I know I got him super small) 1 six line 1 cleaner shrimp 2 emerald crabs pics of corals, I'm terrible with names. Can't hang a light in my place so I'm curious if anyone has a DIY project they did to hang a fixture over their tank. Look forward to replies. TIA

Yeah I've been eye balling the reefer 170. It is a very nice setup. Wish I had found it prior to what I've put into the nuvo 20. I just built a stand actually, but all my tools are in NY where I just moved from. Came home for holidays, built a stand and then started looking through forums and decided I wanted bigger. Hindsight is 20/20...

Thanks, currently just moved to WA so renting and don't want to go too big just yet. Found a couple 40b w/ 20g sumps on here and craigslist, just neither one drilled or setup with overflow. Looking into that process while I wait for responses.

Hey everyone, Just back into reefing, barely anything in the tank yet, but already thinking I want to go bigger. Why start too small only to upgrade sooner than later. I'm currently in a 20gal Nuvo fusion AIO and want to double my display tank, add a sump, and get out of the AIO. Any thoughts/pics on tanks 34 - 50gal that you've had good success with? Where to find/price them? Appreciate anyone's thoughts/ideas. Thanks! Josh

Here's what I've started with. Just through cycle and only a few zoa in the tank that are loving it more than the kessil I started with.
