  1. You're welcome. He's one of my favorite fish, all of the personality of a puffer but he doesn't bother my coral. He's a White Spotted Pygmy Filefish.
  2. It's gone, knowing my luck i'll have more soon. Thanks
  3. I agree it looks better every time i've been in there, they have a great set up, will be nice once it's all dialed in. Reasonable prices too.
  4. Hey all, I was just cleaning the tank and bumped a healthy frag off my blue tip purple stag and I also harvested a tennis ball size clump of Chaeto algae from my fuge. Free to the first person to respond, sorry I only have one frag right now, it will be unmounted I don't have any plugs (poor planning) lol. I live near Orenco Station off 229th in Hillsboro. Let me know if you want it! If you're nearby you can pick it up tonight I'm up late or I'll be around all day tomorrow. If you msg me your number I can send a pic of the frag if needed. I'm also happy to trade for a frag of something too, but not required. Have a good night!
  5. Thanks for the info, I'll be using this method. Guess I'll need to drive to Beaverton HD, thanks for the heads up!
  6. Bummed I missed the meeting yesterday, hope to be in town for the next one. Here's some updated photo's of the tank.
  7. Hey, I did my regular water change yesterday and added Seachem Matrix media to the filtration yesterday too. Today all 3 green acros I have are brown with little to no polyp extension, no STN yet that I can see. Other corals stylos, digis, stag, pavona, monti all look fine.....so far, I have some LPS etc everything else seems happy too. It happened overnight. Water Parameters: Ammonia- 0 Nitrite- 0 Nitrate- 5< Ph- 8.2 Alk -10 Calcium- 500 Phos- 0 Mag- 1400 Spec grav- 1.025 Temp- 78 It's a 20g tank btw. I've been looking around online- seems adding the Matrix may have stripped the nutrients out of the water column too fast...maybe? If I did shock them some how, what are the chances of turning things around and getting them to color up again? Thoughts, suggestions appreciated.
  8. Thanks! I picked up some frags from beer503 last night and they're acclimating well so far, nice pack of frags!
  9. I'm using the Tunze Osmolator nano too, works excellent and the pump is cylinder shaped to fit right in a 5 gallon jug.
  10. Here's a couple taken with my phone from the begining- I've added more rock and stock, I'll get a better photo soon. Current set up: Fusion 20 Stock Return pump InTank Media Baskets Ghost Skimmer WP-10 2 18 watt Skyye Lights DIY Fuge w/12 watt light Tunze osmolator nano - Eshopp's Reservoir
  11. I'll take the pack, sending a PM.
  12. Hi, I'm getting back into the hobby after 5 or 6 years, I've had fresh and salt water tanks for 15+ yrs . Really been inspired by all the new equipment, set ups, livestock available. I set up a IM Fusion 20 mixed reef a several weeks ago. The 20 is my first AIO. When I left the salt hobby, I had a 75g mixed reef, 20g long nano and a 30g bow front predator tank. Really happy with the Fusion so far. Anyhow, excited to have a reef tank again, look forward to learning more from everyone and growing my piece of the ocean.
