  1. Cuttlefish in Portland and Ocean in a Box in Vancouver
  2. Jeff you should start this Friday...I work every weekend!!
  3. Ah yes that makes sense. I suppose in the wild they probably get dusted all the time with tides
  4. Ok thanks guys! My leopard wrasse just went to sleep in the sand right next to the clam too and made a sandstorm when it dove in. This must be annoying for the clam
  5. I have a 5-6" maxima clam that is doing great, but I noticed a little bit ago that my midas blenny crop dusted near the clam with some sand and it kind of looked like a grain or two may have gone in the inlet siphon hole (the mouth) of the clam. Is there anything that I need to do to try to get that out of the clam or will the clam try to expel the grains or what? I have been unable to find ANY information about this online anywhere.
  6. I got my vote in! Looks like you have pulled ahead (clap)
  7. Did you get all your stuff transferred from the 125? How about that flatworm issue?
  8. I forgot to include the pics of the media tray that was custom laser cut to fit in the overflow compartment. There is a zippered media bag that I was using with carbon in it, but of course you can use whatever you want.
  9. ***SOLD**** I decided that this tank is too small for me and since I have my big cube, I am parting ways with it. Overall the tank is in good shape. The return section is drilled (currently plugged/sealed with acrylic) with what appears to be a hole for a 1" bulkhead (?). It came this way when I got it from another reefer on the forum. The black stand that it can sit on is also drilled. The original return pump is with it (95gph I think) and is very quiet. I also added a SpinStream for the return to create some random flow. The light is a CherryAqua iNano LED that I believe uses Cree LEDs. There are 2 channels (daylight, actinic) that you can control the level of brightness. There is no built in timer, so I will include a standard plug in timer with the little tabs to choose times. Also included is a wood stand that is pretty descent looking, but the tank is a pretty tight fit in the tray. There is space underneath if you want to take advantage of the tank being drilled and you can maybe have a little sump under there. I also have an emerald crab that you can have with it. Heater and MagFloat in pics not included. $200 obo OR will trade/partial trade for acans, montis, or zoanthids. Will part out too... Nuvo 8 with stand - $130 CherryAqua LED light and timer - $90 Please let me know if you have any questions. I will be available tonight or pretty much any time next week Mon-Fri (I work weekends). Thanks. When it was set up
  10. This shop has some great deals going on! Buy 3 corals and get one free! They also just got a shipment of fish in from Hawaii and have some awesome fish like a male Flame Wrasse! Thanks Jeff for the sweet livestock as usual (rock2)
  11. Price lowered. Also, nem moved off rock onto back wall of tank, so should be easy to get into a container by itself.
  12. So I have decided that I do not want to keep my 8gallon Nuvo nano tank anymore, so I am selling my Frostbite Clownfish I got a few weeks ago from Cuttlefish as well as a good size green LTA that he has been hosted by. I would put them in my 93gallon cube but I already have a mated pair of true percs in there and I don't want to risk the death of this guy (or gal) nor do I want the green LTA in there...plenty of other green corals already. So, the nem is currently on a rock the size of a small football and you can have that too, but it has a few tiny aiptasia on it. I am available during the week, but not on weekends. Looking to get **$60** for the set (nem, clown, rock). Oh and I have been feeding them LRS food. Would also consider trading for some corals (acans, favia, zoos) or a mystery wrasse.
  13. I don't think any shops sell it locally. I just ordered mine on Amazon the other day...hopefully I don't have problems with it.
  14. Thanks everyone! It will be fun to watch everything grow and fill in so the rocks don't seem so bare. Going to keep adding stuff though of course! Special thanks to Jeff at Cuttlefish for hooking me up with some great livestock! Also thanks to matt and ssappington for some awesome stuff.

  17. Wow those are some huge colonies of frogspawns! All those acans are awesome too. Too bad Salem is so far. Thank you for taking the time to post pics for me though! That was really cool of you to do.
  18. Salem is quite a drive for me, but thank you for letting me know about that!
  19. Thanks for helping put together this group buy Jose. And thanks Jody for hooking us all up! My new frags look great!
  20. Thanks for the heads up! I already had plans to go there Wednesday, so that works out great.
  21. I am looking to a frogspawn colony that is a descent size. I also am looking for a purple long tentacle anemone or bright orange bubble tip or both. Additionally I would like some rainbow colored acans of some kind. Let me know what you have and maybe we can make a deal!
