I belive I responded to all of his PMs. And I responded to his PMs that he sent me today and informed him on how I took what he said to me. And I said if I took his words wrong then my bad what else can I say other than my bad and sorry if I did take it wrong. Well here it is The Challice Grow Out Corals came from Bay Corals (rock2) To start off There are 6 spots in this Grow Out. All 6 spots are already taken as of now. If anyone wants to be put on a list to be a backup person PM me or post it. I am going to post some rules for this grow out and it will most likely be edited after I speek with The Original 6 of this chalice grow out. By the way that is what I am going to call this Group "The Original 6" lol OK Rules as Follows 1. None of us will be held responsible for the death of a coral for whatever reason. 2. You Must be willing to look at this as coral Banking. If someone loses a piece and we have it we will get them another piece when we are able to. Not saying that I or someone else can expect a piece the next day but in the near future when possible. 3. As of now I think all participants will start off with one Chalice. "We as a group will decide where the Paly will go." 4. Once the Chalice is healthy enough It will be split into two frags. After the frags are healthy we will put it into another tank with another person for backup. Then we as a group will decide what happens as far fragging them up after each new eye or when there is enough for everyone in the group. 5. There is NO set date on when we will receive our frag's of all the Pieces! 6. Everyone in this group will have everyones contact info. Which as of now I think everyone knows that information. Now if you have read and accept these rules send me a PM or post below if you are still in. If everyone else wants to stay anonymous to this actual tread let me know. And if you want to change anything in these rules PM me. This is a group decision we can start fresh if this does not look good to everyone involved. And I would like everyone to post pics or PM them or e-mail them to me and I will post them for updates. My blue hippo got ich just after I got it. I went to a local fish shop and they had me get the brightwell aquatics garlic power and some flake food. With in a few days he he was not rubbing on the rocks and over a couple of weeks all the white spots were gone. Now every once and a while he starts to start rubbing again so I feed the flake food soaked in the garlic and he is good to go. I was also thinking of quarantining him but this seems to work great. I have never target feed my chalices's I guess I should try. Would I feed them at night when the lights are off with there feelers are out?

Looking on the other forum people seem to like them. And like you all know it also depends on our tanks. The chalices that I got in my tank have been doing good I think. like the westside watermelon I have had for a couple months now started with I think 16 or 17 eyes and it now has 22 eyes and I have cut about 6 eyes off. And a frag of tyree alien eye watermelon I have had for about 1 1/2 months I think has about doubled in size and went from one to two eyes. I got that one from Rick Soutas and he said it is a very very slow grower. I know that is not crazy fast but it's not bad in my opinion.

If anyone wants to get in on this let me know PM me. We will pick another person to grow out the other chalice. This would be a great chalice to have we would be able to trade a frag for any other chalice. And these frags have been going for over 500 on other forums. And all of these frags have been selling. Look it up on line shops have it posted for $1,000 + per eye. I would rather not do half the people from the other forum and half from this one. It would be nice to be just PNWMAS members. With the amount of people I am thinking you would think it would be less than a year. I was just throwing this out there since I saw that other forum doing it. If we could do this for $100.00 or less per person that would be a good deal in my opinion. There are 3 people including me at this point that want in. I know that it might take awhile but I was thinking for that price people might be willing to wate a little time.

Saw that another forum is doing a growout with MI Miami and I would like to get in on it. But I thought it would be cool for us on this forum to do it. So PM me and let me know if any of you would like to do this and we can discuss price and how many people we want in on this. There is a two eye frag for sale for a decent price or we can contact a Reputable shop. This would be a great way to get this coral for a good price. I have seen some of the last growout threads for you guys and would like to get one started.
