because the fish that are dyeing (Flame hawk, wrasse) are very good hunters and can kill most preditors and his water params are good witch leaves a fish disease like fungus, ich, etc. And im shouting because he's a long ways away! Duh!

A large decorator crab would be fun! I would definately get a pair of Harlequin shrimp. Also pom pom crabs are cool little critters and make fun pairs!

If your overflows will handle it I would probobly go for double that. Around 2400 would be great! I had close to 1200 on my 55 gal and have close 2 4000 on my 180. Im probobly getting closer to 3500 or so cause im running my return through my chiller. I also just have a 2" pvc 90 as my overflow so its can keep up.

i concur with Edd. Although with running 400's id go with an even 15". That will give ya plenty of room to work and alow you to have the low light critters on your sand bed.

I have one! Great fish Frank! You have plenty of places for it to make a burrow and escape to so im sure it will be fine. I have had mine for almost a year I think. Getting a pair will give them a better chance. You should check out the story on how these fish are cought. Pretty cool if ya ask me. They come from about 200 feet down. They are decompressed in small netts over a 3 day period. Its crazy to think these little beauties take 3 days to bring them to the surface. Thats why they fetch such a large dolar. You know how hard it is to catch a fish in our tanks let alone 200 ft down. lol
