Her main problem is she is scared to even cut it because she doesnt want to kill them. They have become her new obsession in the tanks. She is going to look today to see if they have more than 1 mouth and then try cutting inbetween them so she will have a mouth for both.

If we get someone to help us then after they heal I will let you know.

So the wife held her breath today and fragged the heck out of our zoos. First time trying this. Only lost 3 out of a colony we have 100 of. So I would say great results for a first time. Once they are happy again she wants to put some up for share the love. Anyway. She has some rics that she loves dearly and wants them fragged but is scared to death to cut. So if anyone is close to us and is willing to cut them up into 4 pieces for her she is willing to give a frag of each away for your brutal kindness. She will probably have a heart attack (scary) when you cut them but she will be even happier to have multiples of them.(clap) So for the price a free frag or two to a willing person let us know please. I think the problem with our FW is my wife spoils them to much so they try to find her so they get more goodies. (laugh) I'm pretty sure the SW fish will be hunting her down pretty soon to. Everytime she goes to the LFS she brings back something special for all our fish.

I cant say we have never had fish jump out. Just not in our saltwater tanks. Freshwater we have to seal shut because everything tries to escape in there.(laugh)

I would get a fuzzy. Thats what we got and he eats everything with no problem. We are feeding guppies and ghost shrimp for a month and then changing over to frozen. Did alot of research before getting one and found out the fuzzy dwarf lions are the easiest.

Every time my wife puts her hand into our tank her clown bites her atleast 5 to 6 times. It's quite funny considering it isn't me (laugh). She always says she is going to fry it up for dinner while she's cleaning the tank and then after she loves the thing. Talk about a love hate relationship. :eek:

We had our fire shrimp eat our 2 cleaner shrimp. Beside that knock on wood we have not lost any fish to jumping. Neither of our tanks our covered and everyone seems to stay put. Even when the lionfish is hunting no one tries to escape out the top so far.

Just wanted to add a color photo. He was out all night hunting and is looking great so far.

So we added a dwarf lionfish to our reef. My wife has always wanted one and today I caved. She hasnt stopped staring at the tank since she put him in it. Luckily everything in our tank minus a damsel is as big or bigger than him. Of course my wife is the only one that puts her hands in the tank so if he stings her then it will be her fault for wanting one. (laugh) Sorry about the photo. It doesnt show off his beautiful colors but he wouldn't come out until the main lights went off. I will try to get a better picture during the day.

I will have to try the vinegar trick. We have 2 macaws and cant use cleaners around them. My wife uses a special cleaner and vinegar for their cages. Glad to know we can use the vinegar for the tanks too. Thank you for all the input.
