I've heard ideally you want your sump to turn over 10x a hour. This will allow your protein skimmer sufficient skimming ability. Overall though you want to be between 30-40X flow with the use of powerheads. I have a 120g and use a mag12 with 2 MP40 vortechs which do 1,000 to 3,200 gallons

Polyp count is 7 120 g breeder 2 250 MH (artemis bulbs 20k) 4 bulb t-5 actinics (24w each) 2 MP40 2 sea swirls with mag12 Food: mysis and ELOS coral food

Yeah I knew i misspelled it. It is the one on the frag plug. I think it has gotten a little larger since I fragged it. Close to skinning down on the plug

I got a NAC7 and think it is a great skimmer. I have it on my 120g right now and it does a great job. I have considered upgrading to the 180 because i think the pump on mine is a bit loud

Portland City Grill, Ringside ( both steak places - really good happy hours) , Pambiche (Cuban/Desert), Ya Hala (Lebanese), Andinas (Preuvian tapas like grassi mentioned but its fufu-big plates little portions and a bit pricey)
