FWIW (and I may be mistaken but I don’t believe so 😂) If you have a thread you want closed, the process is reporting the thread and in the “report” ask for the thread to be closed. If I was a mod that’s how I’d like it done and us a collective group hoping the mods read every single post to every single thread looking for the request to close I know mods have nothing better to do than peruse “your post/threads” That's my unsolicited tip of the month

Sorry to hear that- all the more reason I switched to the Titanium heaters with controllers, I let the Alex handle the heavy lifting Yesterday I had my service panel upgraded to a 200 amp service and while the work was performed I ran a generator to control both my display and QT When I was plugging the QT pump back in the pump came loose from the feed line and I quickly grabbed it which is when I more than likely knocked the temp probe out of the holder. Fortunately for me I plugged the return pump into the wrong socket so the return pump actually shut off at 11pm last night and the water wasn’t being returned from the sump. I dodged a bullet because all I cooked was the live rock and I’ve got more than enough that has been sitting in the display sump for 7 months Its been one of those days- oh well I wanted to restart that system too SMH

I also did the stump remover but switch to food grade Potassium Nitrate for NO3 and food grade Tri Sodium Phosphate for PO4 I dose both daily and have for some time-both purchased from amazon this calculator may help http://www.theplantedtank.co.uk/calculator.htm

It’s all good no death except all the live rock got cooked- this was my QT tank looks like only half my post “posted” I’ll expound later I don’t- I’ve had more temp controllers go bad than human errors, I don’t own a heater that has a controller Your concept is sound until you’re heater controller goes south- rare but has happened more times than I’d care to trust gotta go, construction flagger just flipped the sign

I appreciate the explanation- It doesn’t explain how the other 2 sponsors post popular the new post or “unread topics” section but I can table that concern (although it is relevant) The Grow our thread isn’t a sponsor section so I’d hope to find new posts to that populate the new posts or unread content/front page (In unclear as to the “exact” name, it’s just what loads when I hit our icon) @Emerald525 do you know who may have the ability to fix that, I would agree on the fact we don’t want to be spammed with content that is sponsor related, they have a section for that. OMG this is a grow out comp, I can’t think of anything more important than keeping up to date and current on all and any posts that happen there- it’s an acro grow out to boot- all praise the mighty acro Oh the mercy

Probably chasing my tail on this one- I appreciate your posts and help John, I’m at fault for not wording my initial post better/correct, I’ve never questioned literally “where is my post” it should have read “why isn’t my post I made under the grow out comp not populating the first page of new posts” Does anybody know who can look into that? With it being a new post, it should hit the main page.regardless of where it’s posted. Point in fact, the other two sponsors I mentioned are having their posts hit the front page, what makes this any different, and and really it’s not that it’s a sponsors page, the new posts from that GOC aren’t populating the front page of new posts and it should- unless there’s a reason for it FWIW I’m not singling out Paradise or Golden, theirs just happen to be the two I saw- If it’s happening under Cuttlefish there is a good chance this is happening under other sponsors sections Somethings broken IMO

So if the software update would have kept vendors post from showing on the front page wouldn’t that have kept Golden Basket and Paradise Corals posts from showing on the front page as new posts Am I missing something

I made a post to the grow out comp and I figured it would populate the main page which it doesn’t, you have to search for it or find it under the sponsors section. Is this a tech issue or what might be the issue. I need attention 😳 Thanks in advance for any help/answers
