I was only worried about tempered for drilling really. I wonder how things would look tinted....

Im not sure if it would be worth it. Its a 4 hour drive and it might be tempered and tinted.

Just got off the phone with the person I was thinking of getting the glass from. 20"x20" pieces are $15 each. But dont know if its tempered or tinted.

I'm thinking about trying to build one with 1/2" glass. Will it need bracing?

I have the little guys in the first set of pics too. I was told they are sponges and it shows you have extra nutrients in the tank

Does anyone around here use LEDs to light their tanks? I want to try and experiment with building a small led light for a tank. Want to start on something smallish and maybe upscale from there to my main tank. Im trying to sell an unused light fixture and my unused tank to fund the project. Ive seen a few on RC. Anywhere else to look?
