Xenia grows fast enough that it can be used for nutrient export. But I still prefer only chaeto for my fuge, although anything is game if I don't have a spot for it in the display.

Sorry to steal thread, but I too could use a small piece of green slimer because I lost mine to a heater issue. Michael7979 let me know if you have another please.

I thiink his frag tank is plumbed into the rest of his tanks so it should be stable.

I like it. Your tank looks very nice. I think I only have 6 types of zoas at the moment and I too want to get more. Hopefully I can frag mine and do some trading in the next few months. Here is what I have so far.

Thanks for the tip on the flakes; the kole tang loves them and is also eating everything else I throw in there. Here are a few updated pics. 60- I love the forest of algae and the fish seem to also. 20- I really like this new fish. I'm thinking of building a canopy with a 150 hqi plus two 24" T5 actinic.

I found an emerald crab eating my zoas one night. I removed it and the disappearing polyps stopped. I've read that hermits can develop the taste for corals also.

The only reason this site might be better than posting on another site is if you want to hook someone up. Like when I sale one of my old computers, I ask my family and friends first. If they didn't want it then I might post it here and if no one here wants it, I post on craigslist or something like that. I like option 3.

I'll have some chaeto. I'll have some chaeto for fishiefish and probably some extra. Let me know if you would like some and I'll do my best to have it.

I'm guessing it will be $5 each? Unless I misunderstood and it will be $20-40 each, but that would have to be an awesome frag. If only $5, I'll pay even if I don't get a piece and I'm 90% sure I'll make this event.

I also bought some fish for my 60 gallon. My wife wanted more clowns in the 60, so she picked out 3 new ones, now there are four juvenile ocellaris in this tank. I always wanted a tang. Aqua Serene had a nice looking yellow-eyed kole tang, so I bought it. It is a little skinny but eating well so hopefully that will change soon. This is the only fish I have that was not tank-bred.

Perfect. I don't want any shrimp or hermits in this tank. I just hope it doesn't eat my stomatellas. But even if it does, there are other snails. It has been busy already, I saw it playing with a bristle worm and it's in and out of the rockwork chasing all the pods in the tank.
