  3. Frag Competition - Picture Update Ok, here it is for now, picture update as of 1/8/10. Currently has 6 heads and a "nub".

    zoo eating stars

    It sounds like thats the answer. I put my sand sifters & serpant in the refug. I guess I will be pick up one right away. Any thing else I need to watch for? Will they eat or bother any thing esle? Beckie
  8. I have always had great growth with zoos. Lately I have seen tons of astrina (sp) stars all over them and closed more often than not.:eek: Will a Harliqiun shrimp eat them. I have pulled some zoos that were covered with them. My purple hornets have gone form 20 to 4 (flame). Is there any thing I can do. It's killing me and my zoos !!!! Beckie

  12. Get suction dish like you use in the kitchen or bath. Make sure it has small drain holes for flow in this case, put rubble in it, stick to side of tank or sump in low flow area. Drop them in an wait. Worked well for me. Beckie

  14. Welcome... well I can only say really think about going with the best you can afford. I said "oh I only want easy basic stuff I don't need all that. 1 1/2 year later I have up graded the lights, moon lights, and planning the new sump/refug. Yep Nicks a great guy and yes........gone way beyond the bacis. Beckie
  15. Not me, I am not a fan of cold. Spend as much time as I can in Hawaii. I guess it would be fine if I could stay home! I am the slow driving parinoid idiot every one should stay clear of. Beckie

    I am guessing that there must be differing way's. I have seen many treads talking about dipping but nothing detailed. I know I question for details. Beckie

    O.k. so after dipping than do you do a acclimation drip before putting back in that tank. Has any one tried antibiotics in the dip? Beckie

    When you fresh water dip your fish how long, and do you then slowly drip them to reaclimate them in tank drip?(scratch) Beckie
