  1. Thanks again I'll post some pics when I get'r up and going.
  2. (laugh) That must be Paul. To bad Charles isnt there anymore(sad) I worked there for years cherry picking anything nice that came in for my home tank(clap) Lets just say having a tab at your work can have its ups and downs:D
  3. Mine did too when I had them. I had quite a few of those starfish in my main display and had my harlequins in another tank plumbed off of the main system. They were on a reverse lighting schedule, so at night all the asterina stars would come out onto the glass of the main tank and I would scrape them all off and wad them into a little ball and drop em in front of my harlequins. Worked great for me. Also, look at online retailers for the purchase of the chocolate chip stars, unless u can work a deal with a local store for em. I dont know if it makes a differnce, but the asterina stars I had were the ones with no green or red on them, they were completely tan across the whole body.

  10. This is my 12 gallon JBJ Nanocube DX that I started back in March of 2007. http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/album.php?u=477 I've added a refugium to the second chamber with a 27 watt pc, and retro fitted a 70 watt HQI into the hood along with the stock 2x 24watt 50/50 pc's. It has a total of 118 watts of light over it, and is completely stock looking externally. I'm just getting the SPS going in the tank with the recent upgrade of the HQI, so I have plenty of zoas for trade if anyone has some monitpora frags for me
  11. Hey how's the tank coming a long? I got a few more zoa frags if u want em. I'll shoot u a message.
  12. Look into doing HQI's. You can canibalize the reflector and endcaps from light fixtures at home depot. Check ebay for ballasts and bulbs. I put together a single 70w hqi for my 12gal for under $50. You could probably get a 3x 150w Hqi setup going for around $150.
  13. Anyone out there upgrade their lights recently and wanna get rid of their old JBJ nanocube hood? Doesn't need to be working, can be any model. I really just need it for a shell to mount some retro fitted halides in. Hit me up if you have one laying around taking up room. thanks,
  14. Yeah those were already in my tank the frag I got from him is the pink ones.
  15. These frags are super nice I got some from him the other day.(clap) This is one of the frags I got from him:D
