yeah i hear portland got alot, my mother inlaw lives in vancouver. i think i will call in snow day tomarrow good thing i left early almost couldnt get up my driveway it steep. lol

not to highjack the thread but ive had a rainfords gobi for almost a year in a 10 gallon. and he has never eaten prepaired food. he sifts the sand and eats the hair algea. am i just lucky. and i only have about 5 pounds of live rock.

thanks siskou, ive had my gobi for almost a year. and mine eats mostly algea and sifts the sand. He has never eaten prepared food. exept when i had him in a hospital tank i did feed him live brine shrimp. but that was only for a week. i have read where people think that they are like mandran gobies, but i dont think so, he wouldnt have been alive this long. and every morning at the same time when the lights come on he comes out of his cave and lays one healthy poop! lol so i know he is getting enough to eat. he is the only original fish left from when i stated my tank. i use to have a clown gobi also that passed away in november.

the base was cut verry short. and the single head is about 2 thumbs big.

wish i could go with a bigger tank but im only aloud to have 20 gallons in my appartment. and HQI's are pretty spendy.

thats a bummer. it was really pretty, maybe i should give it back. so someone with better lighting can enjoy its color.

the fish store had MH but it was so far up from the tank like 2 feet i guess is still makes the difference. thanks for the replies. i would love to go to MH.

it was under MH and now it is under PC. none of my other corals have this problem and almost all of the others are from the same shop. (meaning same lighting situation).

this is what it use to look like 2 weeks ago this is what it looks like now so if anyone has some advice i will greatly appriciate it.
