  2. Cleaning out the garage, and want this stuff out. The tank is a Solana 34g cube with the back chamber removed. It was then drilled and plumbed for a sump. I used an eshopps RS-75, and it did fit in the stand. Asking $170 50-60lbs of live rock that has been cured for about the last 3 months. It's cycled and ready to do into a tank. Asking $60 for all of it. Thanks for looking, JR

  7. PENDING: aquamaxx s-nano and Skimz calcium reactors. I'm adding all of my extra live rock. It has been acid dipped to remove any build up on the outside. Then I have had it cycling in a tub in my garage for about 2-3 months. At this point it is fully cured, and ready to go into a tank. I put a few piece in my new tank, but didn't need hardly any. It's 60lbs+ altogether. The largest rock in the picture is about 15" across. They are full of holes and not just blocky base rock. Asking 2.00 per lb or $100 takes it all. Thanks for looking.
  8. The dimensions are listed on the eshopps website listed below. It looks like 18x10x16, and the eshopps skimmer I have listed fits in the sump and stand. http://www.eshopps.com/products/filters/reefsumps/rs75/ I don't have an ATO I am selling, it is running on my current tank.
  9. Thanks for the patience, still learning how to post correct size pictures. I may add more equipment tonight.

  11. I am broke down my system and have everything available for sale. If you would like the whole system please send me an offer. Below I have broken down the equipment and listed it separately. Also, I listed some of this earlier but was unable to meet up with some people. If you are still interested please PM me.
  12. Please feel free to PM me your contact information, and we can discuss it. That is exactly what they are telling me. I'm not looking to get coverage for my negligence. I want to have coverage on my townhome in the event of a tank failure. Below is my last correspondence with the agent the last line is where they don't cover damage to my unit. His thought is that the landlord's homeowners insurance would be covering the unit. However handling legal cases regularly, I know the landlord's insurance would be looking to recoup damages from me. I have spoken to my claims team, and underwriters and we will not cover damage to the unit you are renting. I have included a copy of the policy itself below and highlighted the portion showing this exclusion. I would love to write your business but, do not want to mislead you in any way. 2. Property Not Covered. We do not cover: a. articles separately described and specifically insured in this or any other insurance; b. animals, birds or fish; c. any engine or motor-propelled vehicle or ma-chine, including the parts, designed for move-ment on land, except as provided in Special Limits of Liability, item l. We do cover those not licensed for use on public highways which are: (1) used solely to service the insured loca-tion; or (2) designed for assisting the handicapped; d. devices or instruments for the recording or re-production of video or sound permanently at-tached to an engine or motor-propelled vehicle. We do not cover tapes, discs, wires, videos or other media that may be used with these de-vices or instruments while in the vehicle; e. aircraft and parts; f. property of roomers, boarders, tenants and other residents not related to an insured. We do cover property of roomers, boarders and other residents related to an insured; g. property regularly rented or held for rental to others by an insured. This exclusion does not apply to property of an insured in a sleeping room rented to others by an insured;
  13. I just read through that thread, and the only one mentioned is State Farm. I bet that isn't the case, and that member should double check with their agent. I had my agent double check with the underwriters, and they absolutely will not cover the unit you rent in the event of a failure. This makes no sense to me, because why would I need your coverage if you aren't protecting my unit. They will cover everything, other than damage to my unit from a failure...
  14. If I only had that option. Girlfriend does, so I may have her look into it, and insure the tank as her's.
  15. If this is in the wrong section, please feel free to move it. I have been shopping around for new renters insurance. Currently through State Farm, and my coverage is lacking in my opinion. They cover the tank and equipment of course. I am covered if other units are damaged in case of failure(not in an apartment so it doesn't matter), but they will not cover my house. I have spoken to my agent about adding a rider for that, but it is a no go. I have told they do not offer anything of that nature. They chances of damage is a long shot, but I prefer to be prepared if I can be. Does anyone have a suggestion for a company to look into? Thank you for the help, JR

  18. I'm having a different stand built for the tank and don't need this stand. It's free to whom ever would like to come get it. It is 30x39x38(WxLxH). I'll include all the panels for it as well. Thanks, JR
